Before I spoke to Sanket, I talked to five other tech support people, and unfortunately, they didn't solve my problem. Today, December 11th, I spoke to tech support Sanket. He stayed with me until my problem was solved. He was able to help me retrieve my lost videos, which I needed to get information regarding the driver who hit my vehicle and left the scene after the accident. I am very fortunate to be able that Sanket, help me with the problem. Stellar company should be very lucky to have an employee like Sanket. Because of this, I will ask my friends who need support to retrieve software to purchase Stellar products.

The product worked well for me. It was able to recover a number of deleted videos. When I contacted Stellas by phone, the connection was very bad so the agent called me back. That cleared up the connection problem. However, due to the agent's accent and my loss of hearing due to my advanced age, I had a lot of difficulty understanding the agent. However, using chat, communication with Mayur was clear and concise and he was very helpful in submitting my request for refund. Thank you, T. Hartman
