Dan (Westcliff branch) advised how to remove our old integrated microwave and sourced a suitable replacement. They even carried it out to our car when we picked it up. So refreshing to use a company with excellent customer service and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Excellent sales man rang 20mins before delivery

Excellent customer service from Jo at Stellisons. Jo was extremely helpful, answering all my questions about the cooker hood. She explained in full about the delivery, including the dimensions and weight of my item, then got the parcel ready straight after our phone call, adding extra labels to warn there was glass inside. Once the parcel arrived, Jo rang to check all was well. Superb customer service and many thanks to Jo.

I went into Colchester store today and I have to say Young man that served me went above and beyond to help a lady in distress. I sorry I can't remember your name but thank you from bottom of my heart for your help. I hope you get to see this it ment every thing for your help today. 100% recommend

The delivery men were very nice and helpful but this fridge freezer is a replacement for a fridge freezer that lasted 6 months. It was a lot of inconvenience for me but dealing with Stellinsons was good. My only upset was I lost the original warranty as it couldn’t be used on a new fridge freezer.

Customer service at the branch was outstanding

My problem with a Roberts radio was sorted out.

Long Story Short, these guys have been trying to fix an appliance of mine for 6 months and still haven't fixed it. Parts ordered, didn't fix the problem. Now they want new parts and I don't trust them to get it right. They never call you with updates, you have to chase them to get any idea of what's going on and their backend staff are direct and unapologetic. I would not recommend them at all.

Have shopped here befor good price both staff and delivery are excellent my son been today a got a new cooker staff so helpfull top guys would always shop there Top shop shopped end of January my son first february

Always go to Stellisons I wouldn’t go anywhere else., and what a huge range there is to look at even upstairs with the show kitchens as well. They have the best deals which are not always shown on the Internet. There is always somebody that knows about the appliance you’re looking for with so much more knowledge than is on the label.
Always polite and more than helpful to give you the time you need to decide.

Quick delivery. Efficient disconnection and removal of old washing machine and connection of new one. No mess or damage. Would definitely recommend.

Purchased a replacement SEBO vacuum as the old one had died. Ordered Thursday with delivery on Saturday. Would highly recommend this seller.

Really helpful

Needed to replace 2 ovens with something similar to what we had and needed advice. Sales rep found what we were looking for in store. We weren't to sure about one of the ovens as it wasn't self cleaning but this wasn't a problem as they could source one that was and also offered a choice of stainless steel or gravite (we preferred the gravite). Rep assured us fitting wouldn't be a problem as we'd pretty much gone like for like. Purchased and installed with in a week and kept informed with the progress of the order.
We probably over complicated things but the sales guy pointed us in all the right directions and we are very happy with the appliances and the service.
The store also offers some other great quality products which may lure back in the future.
One slight gripe, price of installation. £115 for EACH appliance which only took 40 minutes to install both ovens. I'd say the 'Canterbury tax' is in full effect here.
