I ordered a print few days ago, the quality was really good and it arrived right on time. There was a great choice and I thought all Stephen's work was amazing. It was very easy to navigate on the website and I would be happy to order again.

Ordered my calendar in good time this year! Usually they are sold out when I leave it too close to Christmas. Arrived next day! Very happy with it.

The item (calendar) arrive beautifully presented in a box and protected with tissue paper within, should I have been gifting this to someone they would have been extremely impressed with the care and attention, giving a boutique feel.
The calendar itself is fantastic quality, all of Stephens wonderful drawings leap off the pages, and a lovely added bonus of some biography added to each month.

Unfortunately, although well packaged, my framed print initially arrived with some aesthetic damage to the frame. Things such as this of course can, and do, happen from time to time. Following reference to this in an initial review posting, Zoltan from SWG contacted me, expressing genuine concern, and to make a no quibble offer to either replace the print or to reimburse in full. Reimbursement was not a consideration for us as we are such admirers of Stephen's talent and, aside from the aesthetic damage, the framed print looked really great. At my request, Zoltan therefore arranged for a replacement frame to be despatched. When things don't go fully to plan, what is important is how the situation is dealt with. My experience of SWG has been first class, and I would whole heartedly recommend them.
