Great customer service
I had to contact St Frock regarding a return and they were incredibly helpful. All feedback and information was responded to quickly and I’m really happy with their level of customer service. Highly recommend.
Poor quality
Purchased many dresses over the last few years. Had an issue with the Adriana maxi dress literally fell apart after 2 wears!! Flagged with St Frocks the dress was faulty and poorly made only to be told they can’t do anything as over 60 days and to try sell/swap on FB! Who is going to want to buy a faulty dress? Took to a seamstress to see if worth fixing only to be told no point as material is poor cheap quality and will keep happening!

I had accidentally made a typo when entering my address so I reached out on the chat function and spoke with Ally who was very friendly and helpful and kept me updated while trying to assist with getting my package delivered to the right address. Very grateful when I received my package!
Not the same as the marketing pictures
I feel like St Frock now outsources somewhere with extremely low quality standards. In the past I was happy with my purchases. They were good quality and fit well. This year I tried them again and oh my - what a disaster! Firstly, the clothes do not look like the pictures. The fabric is cheap, stiff, uncomfortable and even see-through in some cases. Garments bulge out where they shouldn't and just don't seem to be cut like the pictures. I so wish I hadn't ordered multiple items! As they don't provide refunds i exchanged and exchanged until I finally settled for items that are very average - just to use my credit. St Frock has gone downhill big time, still expensive but shoddy quality. I won't ever make the mistake of shopping with them again. It's an example of the posts comparing what you ordered to what you actually get. Oh, and if you read any of the few positive reviews for them on here it kind of sounds like their marketing team trying to reverse the negative publicity! Honestly, steer clear!!

This Company is an absolute rip off and have zero customer service standards. Do yourself a favour and shop literally anywhere else!
They refused to give me a refund on a dress that I returned and repurchased days later in a different size. Claiming they can only offer store credit. When I explained that I had already repurchased and sent the evidence they denied the claim. Absolutely disgusted!
HORRIBLE! PATHETIC! CHEAP!
They have the most horrible customer service ever. They wont refund even if the item bought was of poor quality and did not fit you. When you go on to print their return label they have two options whether to apply for a refund or a store credit. Why even have that option of refund when it is permanently grey out for customers?? This is clearly ripping people off!!
When I sent an email to them they replied back saying that it is their policy. Now tell me honestly, how many people read pages and pages worth of their policies before buying items?? And if you are so rigid then why not have it displayed on your website on the very top so that all customers can see and know your crap policy before buying any product from your website?
Now coming to the the dress I ordered. It had the most hideous cut, cheap fabric and was NOTHING like what was shown on their website. I honestly wouldn't have made such a big issue out of it, if the dress would have been a bit better in quality. They exactly know that they sell cheap and extremely poor quality products due to which they have this crap policy of not refunding people's money back. As they know they will go bankrupt in a day otherwise.
My suggestion to you all is to refrain buying from St Frock. There are other online stores who offer heaps better products and service. Horrible experience! Shame on them!

This company does not provide refunds for ANYTHING. They do not clearly state this when you purchase. Apparently it is in the 'Terms & Conditions'.
All reputable Australian businesses will provide refunds for items that don't fit.

Terrible quality fabrics, fast unsustainable fashion with no eco credentials, dismal customer service. Size 8 larger than other brands, meaning you can’t use store credit. Totally frocked.

Wasn't happy at all with purchased experience and communication !
Within 24 hours after I've received the items and contact them, wasn't provided communication over the phone email or Web chat only and I ask for refund, wasnt happy with the items caused too big too long (obviously their garments made for specific size not regular or ordinary) eventhough I pick my size correctly, never had an issue with all other brands online or instore.
Their reply only to provide Web credit eventhough only within 24 hours purchased which didn't fair for customer, it suppose work both way!
It's very complicated service and unpleasant purchased experience! Never ever buy again for this business.

I had an issue using a gift card/ store credit and emailed St Frock to ask for support. They responded within 30 minutes and the purchase was soon made using the credit. Thanks so much for your help, I look forward to receiving my dress.
