Avoid avoid I cancelled a order and they have avoided giving me my money back so eBay is sorting it out stay away from this company

StickersWalls must be the worse company I have every dealt with. The quality of the order I received was terrible, they used a very low resolution image so the final print was very pixelated and looked awful. So after weeks and weeks of trying to contact them I received one email to say return the order for refund. So posted the order back to them and I haven’t heard from them since, they wont reply to my emails, they wont answer phone calls. After 2 months im still chasing them and they haven’t even replied to me. AVOID STICKERSWALLS they don’t know the meaning of customer support.

Received my stickers today, I cannot believe how easy to was to use! 30mins after opening the package, it was already up the wall in my boys room. Just exactly what we are looking for! Highly recommended product!

Do not use this company they also trade as Deco Matters who con people out of money then never respond when asked where the goods are. You try calling Wall Stickers, they don't answer the phone and never reply to emails.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

I paid extra for a quick delivery and it still hasn't turned up. This was for 1 replacement sheet.

Shipments delayed by one week, ignoring the customer. Complete amateurishness.

Placed an order and received an email a couple of days later to say it had been shipped.... 10 days later and still no delivery. I have emailed and received nothing in response. Will I see this order? Sadly ordered through the website so probably won't get money back as clearly something dodgy going on

Ordered two wall murals costing £70 on 9th June. I paid extra for first class delivery so they were here for my 50th birthday party on the 16th June. I was told on the 12th June they had been shipped. They had not arrived by the 16th, so a big feature of my party was missing. I tried to call on numerous occasions. One number listed didn’t work, the other just rang and rang. Not happy and will be asking for a refund.

Great product, looks good would not hesitate to buy from them again.

Didn’t respond to my emails when order arrived in wrong colour and still waiting, really disappointing service and communication

After my purchase I sent TWO emails in StickersWall: one in sales and one in Customer Support as I chose a wrong colour for my sticker. NONE OF THEM bothered to reply to me, on the contrary, they continued processing my order although I sent them emails for changing it. I was surprised to see that they have sent me the order with the wrong colour without caring about my emails.. unprofessional and unacceptable! I thought you were a trustworthy company, caring for your customers. I am wrong.. I will return the sticker as soon as I receive it.

I still haven't received my order ,after 11 days I emailed, , have email twice now and get no response
But I get an email asking about my experience with sticker wall !! Not good

Really easy to use, as long as you took your time. End result was fabulous!

No product after 2 weeks sent 3 emails and tried to ring but no-one answers the phone ! Not even sure this company exists !!

so easy to apply and made an amazing difference to mirror wardrobe doors.
