Sold (and charged for ) an item not in stock .No follow up to biro comments on sales invoice until I chased .and no item received. Very abrupt, unpleasant customer service ,who ‘resolved ‘ the problem with a refund . Sadly I shall not use them again and cannot recommend them in any way . I am very unhappy and will buy elsewhere as i am desperate for the item .

Contacted by customer and asked to cancel and refund so we did. Seems customer meant this as a sarcastic comment and not for us to actually refund her. Not sure how we can interpret a black and white statement of "please cancel and refund" to mean anything other than a refund is needed. Sorry for our idiocy in this matter.

Excellent service
Excellent service, quick delivery. Initially the wrong colour yarn was received, but the correct colour was sent out instantly, with no delay.

The only criticism I have is that it was not easy to find what I wanted on their website.
