Service is always good
Service is always good, The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the difficulty using the website when you want your boxes naming, you always end up having to phone stockpak.

Thank you for your feedback. At the moment we are unable to identify online if a customer has already paid for a print block, hence the requirement to phone. But we will keep on trying!

Excellent products and customer…
Excellent products and customer service. Unfortunately I was left down by the delivery service, though this obviously wasn't stockpak's fault so I've still given 5 stars.
TNT apparently tried to deliver twice but didn't bother to leave a card on either occasion so I was left not knowing where my package was. I must say though that stockpak customer service was excellent in helping me track it and arranging a redelivery.
It would be nice if they used a courier that gives you an idea of what time to expect delivery.
