I actually wanted the lilac boxes but…
I actually wanted the lilac boxes but they have been out of stock for over a month and i also wanted my name on the box in silver foil which was one of the colours offered on the website, person I was dealing with insisted it wasn't possible as i could not come up with the art work for them to just copy although i sent it it was not in the correct format, don't they have any one their that can do art work. gave up in the end and had to settle for blue with no writing on not the image i wanted

Firstly, my apologies for the stock situation. We are facing unprecedented demand for our UK made boxes, not just because of their sustainability but also due to significant supply issues with our imported products.
Although our standard charge to produce a print die doesn't cover artwork redraw costs, we are usually able to do so for a small additional cost. I will check your artwork and respond directly.
