I am very happy with this company. I had been looking for a particular type of packaging for several months but always came up against the same problem - as a small indie brand I was not able to meet the high MOQ's. I LOVE that Stocksmetic doesn't exclude indie brands - you can order small amounts and so this really makes them stand out from the crowd. On top of that, the packaging I ordered is beautiful, really good quality and the customer service was amazing, my emails were always answered quickly. I see that there were some bad reviews from last year, don't let that put you off, something has changed for sure and I would definitely recommend them.

Great experience! The customer service was really helpful and I received my order as expected.

Exceptional experience! Ordered just a few days before Christmas but my goods were delivered by Bring 2 days later just in time for Christmas.

I waited for my order since SEP. It never got to me. I had to fight for another to be shipped because you claimed it was received. I finally got it today and the jars inside are completely shattered. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I want my money back!

Please avoid this company. I placed an order on the 4th Oct. Before ordering, I asked when I would get delivery, they said 15 days. Over a month later, still not received. I have been ignored multiple of times, no replies, this company is a scam! Avoid them at all costs!

Like so many others, I ordered my containers this summer and waited far too long without receiving my package. I have experienced good communication with stockmetic throughout the process, but of course it was not okay that my order took so long to arrive. Now I have finally received my package, which was securely wrapped and everything was in good condition. I am super happy with the products and actually intend to give stockmetic another chance. The outcome next time will determine whether I will use them as a supplier for the future or not. I think it's good to see reviews here on trustpilot. It will give a feeling if the company is a good one or not - I will therefore encourage everyone - also the people with good experience - to tell your story. In my case it started out bad but ended good and I'm happy with the items and have faith this company will get it together for the future.

My bottles showed up in trash bags, scratched and with a metal plate inside of the bags with screws??? DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Sad, because the style of bottles is unique. Save yourself stress, delays and money. I wish I could give them 0 stars

Buyer be aware, they don’t follow the claims they actually use on their website( which is ilegal) they say they deliver within 15 days, charge you 61€ for the transport (which is outrageously high) and then you see that the package is not arriving when it should and by any means this is unaceptable, both legally and morally.

Apart from writing this review We will also forward this to our lawyers to write the following lawsuit against them, as this type of horrible customer service and lies needs to stop, and even more if they are gaining money from it.

I advise you to contact a lawyer and do the same, as reviews are good, but the law is what actually will stop them from taking our money.

Just a terrible vendor, we placed an order almost 3 months ago and still cannot collect our order! They keep emailing about their warehouse change, but 3 months, seriously?? I see that here are lots of people with the same issue – do you guys plan to take any legal actions? We will definitely use the legal advisor if they are not giving us our order this week.

I have been waiting for my order for six weeks. The phone is not being answered. Via whatsapp they let you know that they have a new warehouse and they are 'trying' to speed up the process. It is now 3 weeks later and they do not keep me informed at all. I'm almost going to think they're bankrupt. Truly a worthless service and a worthless company.

Good products, but extremely slow processing time.
I've waited over three weeks on my order and it's not shipped yet.

What a terrible company to deal with. I placed an order in April. During May and June I sent over 200 emails back and forth about our artwork, they kept rejecting it but couldn't explain why or how we could fix it. In July I was promised a mid July delivery. That came and went. In August I was promised a mid August delivery, only to call and find out they are actually closed so couldn't process my order at all. The lack of communication is shocking. Even when you do speak to someone they don't give you any level of detail. I've asked for a refund 4 times now with no follow up. Shocking service, I don't know how they stay in business.

I do not recommend this company at all. I have been waiting for my products for 9 weeks extra that what it was announced, a total of 17 weeks. I had to chase them all the time. The only compensation they gave me, it's 10% off on my next order. If I knew this before I would have never ordered.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced if I'm honest. You send them emails and you only get a response 2/3 days after you have sent the email. They contacted me with one member saying I can pre-order jars with the details I provided about my business and I was then told 3 days afterwards that I would no longer be able to pre-order. I am now in the middle of a stressful situation of trying to find new packaging for my launch. Really wish I had seen these reviews...

Another thing to note is the orders I had put through with them. Only 50% of it came and I never received the other 50%.

Good products but customer service needs some major improvement.

UPDATE: Have been contacted by stocksmetics. The response to this review is true that I was contacted by the team however it was always 2/3 days after having sent an email. Still mixed messages from the customer service team which needs improving. I believe this is because the whatsapp messages are run by a third party.

I have only purchased components and I didn't have any issues. The shipping is not the fastest but it in Italy to the States during COVID so not terrible. Takes about 5 days to get my order confirmation, and 10 days from there to get package. Customer service is bad however and based on that I would not use them for a fulls service packaging deal. No one answers the phone EVER. If you email support it takes many days for anyone to get back to you and then they have no idea what they are talking about. But, it is difficult to get low minimums in the cosmetic packaging industry for for that they get 3 stars.

Wish I had seen these reviews & the ones on facebook prior to making initial purchase. I'm in the middle of a nightmare now. They are at fault and still charging me. They refuse to take the responsibility for their incompetency or to correct the problem satisfactorily. Or to pay for return shipment. ( First order charged me international shipping, sent it from California.) Second order, sent me 65 pieces out of 400, after I told them I didn't need them without the remaining set. When I came back to check on the remaining pieces, I found my order to have been marked sent and received (in full). Keep sending me a generic 'didn't realize we didn't have them in stock' Refuse to reimburse me or to give me a return slip. It's much worse than what I 'm explaining. I don't feel like typing out 30 pages detailing the horror. I'm a small company in my first year and I truly feel like they target small businesses to take advantage of them. Meaning, I'm no where near the 10000 MOQ most places require, and it's hard to find companies that do the lower quantities (fairly). I feel like they specifically hired narcissistic psychopaths' to run their customer service department to which they get their jollies off for giving you a hard time. Bottom line they are not out to provide fair goods for a fair price. They run this place like they expect all their customers to rip them off so jump to beat them to it.

Worst company of all of our suppliers in Europe to deal with. Promises of quick deliveries, but followed by extreme delayed deliveries...or no deliveries at all, followed by no communication at all. Impossible to reach (no telephone) and sign of goodwill whatsoever. Real frustrating as they appear to be a professional company. Be aware NOT to get any of your products!
