The experience of looking and finding the right bed was very enjoyable. Carl the salesperson is very knowledgeable, friendly and above all for us, not pushy. Indeed it was a very pleasant process. If we had questions, Carl answered them and let us choose with very little interruption. All in all a lovely way to choose a bed.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Carl Sixsmith He was extremely helpful without being in anyway “pushy”. There seemed to be very few staff in the store on the day I visited. This did not detract from the service I received I will certainly recommend the store to anyone requiring quality furniture The suite I purchased is to replace one purchased from Stokers 23 years ago

In-store experience was very positive, we were given space to browse and staff (Mike Williams) were very responsive when we were ready to purchase. Process was straightforward, quick and communication was clear at all times.

A good range of sofas and fabric options. We chose two sofas and a footstool and were assisted by Steve who was very helpful.

Found exactly what we couldn't find in any other shops, the quality is great and the price was really good as well. Jenny was really helpful and helped us get the sofas exactly how we wanted them.

We visited Stokers to purchase sofas, we have never been before and was very impressed with the vast amount of choice. No sales person bothered us whilst looking around which was a pleasant suprise ( Most furniture sales staff pounce on you immediatley). We approached Scott Dupree in the Chester store who helped and advised us with colour choices then he left us to have a good look around. Once we made our choice Scott then assisted us with our purchase. He was very helpful and advised us on our delivery etc. Thank you Stokers Chester and Scott Dupree for our good experience.

We have purchased our house furniture and carpet needs from Stokers for a good number of years, the quality backed by warm friendly experienced staff draws us back when we need new or replacement furniture or carpet(s).
This was the case again Carl Sixsmith of Southport spent a good deal of time making sure our choices were the right ones, we needed new bedroom furniture and he assisted us greatly. We enjoyed our time with him, choosing furniture isn’t always easy but Carls assistance made our choices less stressful. We now know we’ll have good quality products again from Stokers backed by their professional support. We’d recommend Stokers every time.

My husband and I have not bought a new lounge suite for a number of years and found it hard to agree on what we wanted. However, as a result of the patience and care of Andrew Short at Stokers we have purchased our dream solution. It's a lovely store to visit made better by the lack of pressure from Andy.

Browsing furniture is really pleasurable; they have lots of high quality choice but also you do not have to fend off staff pushing to sell you something. However, when we did need information Andrew Short was on hand with answers in a friendly manner. He was efficient in organising the purchase, storage and delivery details. I hope the final stages, the delivery are equally pleasurable.

Tracy from the Ormskirk store was very knowledgeable about the products on the shop floor, she was brilliant to deal with.

sales staff are just not interested in helping from the minute you walk in unless it is to ask for a trust pilot review or commission on sales.
Please save your money or visit the other more popular furniture companies in the retail park. do not waste your money with this company.

We went to the Chester store to have a look for recliner chairs. The showroom is huge with plenty of choice. We had a good idea what we wanted, we were approached by Mike who was very helpful making the final decisions of colour and fabric. He certainly knew his stuff about the product we had selected.
