Still no response from anyone from stonegate about doom bar staycation competition
Trading standards say it’s a breach of contract as the pub couldn’t give me a Qcode may have to take action against them

Recently visited the Gosforth Hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff had a meal and a drink after a hard day at work.Food was lovely and reasonably priced drinks reasonably priced couldn't decide what I wanted to drink so the manager I think his name was Dan made some great recommendations and also told me about the craft beer reward card was very knowledgeable about the products he sold the place is a little gem and I will be returning in the future.

Great Thursday night, popped in for a pint ended up staying all night, absolutely fantastic staff so friendly and welcoming amie and Maria served us all night will definitely now be a regular 😀

Leaping Salmon, Berwick upon Tweed - Worst customer service I have ever had. Lady at bar refused to serve me food as kitchen busy so had to use app. Ordered light bites (as lunch time) and although requested Scampi with chips and peas it just came on its own £5 for 4 bits of Scampi!!! Manager would do nothing about it. Will NEVER return. Dreadful place and food poor quality even for pub food.

Always an inviting and enjoyable experience. With friendly and capable staff that make you feel welcome. With good food and a choice of sports.

The Bridgewater in Darwen Lancashire, met with friends for a coffee and some food with our babies and I can’t explain how amazing and accommodating the staff were. I don’t get out often but I was made to feel comfortable, welcomed and relaxed throughout my whole visit.
Would recommend any one to go here for food/drink you won’t be disappointed

Have used one of your local pubs for work gatherings every year. Difficult this year with Covid, but as usual you on site staff were brilliant.

The Hunters Lodge Bridgend what a fantastic friendly place to visit, we visit every week with a special needs child, the staff do their best to accommodate the child's needs nothing is too much trouble.
The food as always is fantastic.
Can't express how amazing the staff are and we look forward to our weekly visit.

It's a pub chain that actually care about the customer experience. Yes I do work for them but I believe they uphold their values unlike many competitors. Massive credit to how they looked after their staff throughout the pandemic, I never once saw a worried face. I know my team are looking forward to returning, a sign that they do things right.

Walkabout Lichfield - I have been waiting nearly 10 weeks for a refund following a deposit (which wasn't redeemed ) I left for a Xmas function.
Whilst staff at pub are engaging, nothing is coming from Stonegate's accounts.
I have had to do all the chasing just looking for a simple credit.

Stonegate pub Kings Arms Morecambe.Very clean, good food on warm plates( unheard of anywhere else), great staff and clean toilets plus a check back to see if everything was ok!!
Why cant every pub have these simple standards.

Really disappointed with service here. Was outside trying to get access in through the "wheelchair access door" but door was locked. After sitting outside trying to get someone's attention. I googled phone number and called asking if there's a staff member that can let me in as I was outside. A staff member finally came to address me but unfortunately they had no key to the door that would otherwise let me in. Had to go away disappointed. Don't want to blame staff but they should have had access for me and other wheelchair users at request.
