I was looking for a lapis lazuri cabochon for my mum's 85th birthday present for a long time and could not find the quality-price balance anywhere until I accidentally stumbled across StoneMania. The pictures are very clear and large enough to see the stone and when mine arrived I could see that they were a true representation of the colour and pattern.
The customer service is exemplary, I was notified of the item dispatch through Watssap and email and the item arrived safely packed. It took a bit longer that your usual amazon-prime-type delivery, but I was happy to wait, as I felt my custom is important to them and my order is looked after.
I will definitely check them in the future for more beautiful stones!

The business owner, Laurence, is very helpful and knowledgeable, and responds to queries promptly. As all specimens are carefully selected by him and his team personally, you have the added reassurance of knowing the origin of everything you buy. Stonemania is an established business with a very interesting story and one gets the sense of real enthusiasm for their products; this is evident in the way orders are handled and presented - my parcel arrived this morning and the care and attention to detail are impressive. I'm delighted with my beautiful pink opals, such lovely shades of pink, very interesting to look at and feel so nice to hold, they're much bigger than I expected.

Lockdown is proving to be very bad for my bank balance! Third purchase from Stonemania and again I was blown away by the quality of the stone. I chose tourmalinated quartz this time and it is absolutely beautiful. Once again speedy delivery and very well packaged.

I recently ordered a pendant from Stone Mania and whilst the front is stunningly beautiful the back could have done with some more work and, to be truthful, is a tad disappointing.The owner, Laurence, was most helpful and understanding but in the end we accepted his explanation and opted to keep the pendant even though Laurence offered a full refund. The front of the pendant really is a delight to behold and is truly elegant.
