Had a incredibly smooth experience as a first time buyer with Stone. The guys worked around the clock to make sure the deal went through. Marcus and James were both incredibly knowledgeable and patient when showing me around the development, as well as following up with any extra info needed. Both of them ensured that the process was as streamlined and efficient as possible, and genuinely wanted to help with everything, especially in guiding me through the offer processes. Michael ensured that it was a simple conversation between myself and the developer, facilitating a fast purchase. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a new build property, as Stone's business is unlike any other agents in their wrap around support and guidance.

Prior to this I had not heard of Stone but I cannot fault my experience. Marcus was incredibly patient, kind and efficient - an absolute star. I must have tried his patience as I insisted on looking at so many flats and visited the site twice. He remained a consummate professional and answered my many questions without showing one iota of impatience, he is a very personable young man. James followed up with the next steps and worked hard to ensure a good result, throughout ensuring excellent communication to keep me in the loop.

Excellent company. As a first time buyer with the change in Stamp Duty approaching, I entered the buying process out of my element and with very little time left. Marcus, who showed me around the development I eventually bought in, was patient and very helpful, and Kelsey, who was assigned to help me after I had an offer accepted, made the process so much easier than it could have been. My every question was answered, even those sent late in the evening, and my every worry seen to. I was kept up to date through the whole process. Could not recommend more.

We worked with several agents at Stone during our property search all of whom were lovely — George, Laurence, Kelsey and Michael.
