The picture i orderd is fine

The picture I orderd is fine. On the 6th November at 11:24 I had an email confirming my order, on the order was my payment. My billing address and shipping address are the same. It's my responability to give the correct information. On the order my billing and shipping details are ubsolutely correct, the card payment went through without a problem and the email is proof that the details I gave are correct.The posting and packaging is up to Stopwatch gallery, it's their responability to put the address on the posting lable, Stopwatch Gallery made a mistake with my postcode, not my fault.

Monday 8th UPS sent me an email; Your parcel is arriving tomorrow Tuesday 09/11/21 09:00-13:00.
Tuesday, I checked the tracking, my parcel is not out for delivery. The same day UPS sends an email; Your delivery is being rescheduled.At 5:48 pm UPS send another email; Your delivery has been resheduled, Wednesday 10/11/21 09:00-13:00.

Wednesday at 10:50am Email UPS; Your parcel is arriving today 09:00-13:00, no parcel, unfortunatley I had to go out after 13:00, When I arrived home later a calling card had been left, Sorry we missed you,at 13:57, obviously they had the right address, so no need to check the address. At 1:38pm Email UPS; Your delivery has been rescheduled, Estimated Delivery by the end of the day, Which means 7pm.At 2:05pm Email UPS; Sorry we missed you. Rescheduled delivery Thursday 11/11/21 End of Day, which means 9am - 7pm, along time to stay in.2:25 Email UPS; the status of your parcel has changed, we will try again the next business day.

Thursday 11th no parcel no emails.

Friday 12th, I phone customer care at 2pm , they said someone will phone me back wthin the hour, from the Stanford-Le-hope depot. No one phones, I send an email from their web page. Someone phones an hour later, tells me my parcel is not on the tracking system, it has not been scaned in, it could be left on a van or it's gone missing, we will ring you on Monday 15th, I did manage to get the phone number for the Stanford - Le - Hope depot. Email UPS 8:11pm, Your delivery has been rescheduled, 15/11/21 End of Day 9am - 7pm.

Saturday, no news, at least i'm not staying in.

Sunday Email UPS; Your parcel is arriving tomorrow, End of Day.

Monday 15th Email; The status of your parcel has changed,we have corrected your flat number, the package is on it's way. I don't live in a flat! Why change my address, I never asked them to change my address. I then I checked the address and noticed the last three numbers and letters of my postcode are incorrect. Even though UPS came to my house before, I really need to go to depot and collect it. I phoned got through to Richard, Who agreed that I could pick the parcel up. 11:03 New Email UPS ; Rescheduled delivery date Tuesday 16/11/21. Email at 11:05 UPS; Your parcel has been rescheduled, Tuesday 16/11/21 End of Day. I got in my car on mission to get my pacel, it's coming home with me today! I got to the depot, I had got lost on the way, but I was calm. Went to the security office, after 20 minutes wait recieved the parcel.

A lot of my time has been wasted, because, Stopwatch Gallery put the wrong address details on my parcel, UPS, i'm not sure what was going on. The Stopwatch Gallery are blaming me for giving them the wrong information,they also implied that I told UPS to change the flat number, which is not true,I do not live in a flat, I have not asked UPS to change my address details. I have the email receipt that proves that I had given the right address in the first place, What a waste of my time. I am extremely pleased that none of this was my fault. But I never get the time back and probably will not get an apology for the poor service. So, no I will never buy from The Stopwatch Gallery again..

Many thanks for your review, I am obviously extremely disappointed that you felt the need to leave us a 1-Star rating and shall explain things from our side.

We received your order Friday, 5th November at 23.55 hours.

You emailed us on Saturday, 6th November at 11.09 am, to check we had received your order - I replied confirming we had at 11.24 am the same day.

The artwork you purchased was packaged on Monday, 8th November, and booked in with UPS.

You were sent an email the same day to advise you of this, including instructions regarding the unpacking and handling of the art.

UPS also emailed you with the tracking number, name, and full address at 14.10 hours

At this point, if there were any issues with the address information supplied (by you), I would like to think you would have informed me and/or UPS, but this obviously did not happen.

UPS attempted to deliver to the address provided on Thursday, 11th November at 13.57 hours, but could not do so, as there was nobody present at the address provided to take delivery.

UPS then amended the address, as the flat number was incorrect (?!), on Monday, 15th November at 10.06 am - I take it this is using information received from yourself, as we have never been contacted by you or UPS re any issues with this delivery.

I strongly believe there was nothing more we could do to ensure the item you purchased reached you in an expedient manner.

As I have already stated, we provided UPS with the address information you provided to us, and both myself & UPS have sent numerous emails to you as part of the buying and shipping process of Stopwatch Gallery.

At no point have you attempted to contact me to advise me of any issues re your delivery.

In this instance, I am afraid that I cannot accept your review or the blame apportioned therein.

Many thanks for your recent order and for taking the time to highlight where failures occurred, I am extremely pleased that none of it was the fault of myself, Stopwatch Gallery, or UPS...

Above and beyond

Was looking for something for my gorgeous wife as a token for all the help she has given me. Richard looked after everything wonderfully and couldn’t do any more. Will be back for sure, I cannot be more satisfied. Buy with full confidence.
