I have been using Storage King for several years and will continue to use their services. I highly recommend them without hesitation. I have heard Julia speaking with other customers, and find her always professional, polite, and incredibly helpful, with a warm and approachable manner. Not only can you come and go as you please, but when Storage King is closed, you can still access your unit anytime using a provided passcode, which has been a real lifesaver on several occasions. Storage King is consistently spotless, despite the high volume of traffic that comes through, with ample parking, toilets, and large lifts that make it easy to transport items without the hassle of stairs.

The staff always go that extra mile which ensures that I will be a repeat customer & recommended to friends & business associates.

Angel, Ellie and Julia who work at the Storage King were absolute gems. I was very stressed with a forced house move and Angel helped me get a unit that was ideal to fit all my household items, Ellie was very empathetic having gone through similar circumstances and Julia the manager really helped me to put everything in perspective. Helpful professional and good customer service

Helpful friendly staff well presented clean tidy premises. Costs explained clearly.

We were made whole welcome and totally got the situation we are in.
The facilities are good to make drinks etc if at the storage unit for a while.

Great staff, Peter and Julia are so helpful. The unit is located in a good position, away from the town centre, its always very clean and tidy. Access is straight forward and available until 9pm which is very useful for me.

The Storage King employees we dealt with were very friendly and helpful.
It was easy and quick to setup, the storage has spacious corridors and lifts which helped a lot as I had bigger furniture to move.

The Banbury store staff Julie & Pete are so friendly & helpful, nothing is too much trouble, you can tell they are very experienced in there work sector in how they are very professional & know what they are doing, they are both very customer focused and seem to wear there brand with pride, the store is always looking very clean, access and parking is brilliant, professional service from start to finish

Very friendly and helpful, and patient as I wasn’t sure what size storage I needed. I was kindly shown the different options so I could visualise the space. Moving is stressful enough and they just made it a little better.
