Today we finally emptied our lock-up at Storage King, Derby. They have given us a fantastic service. In December 2010 one very early freezing morning, Mark from the lock- up met the Container people from Holland who had brought my late daughters belongings that I wanted. Mark advised me to stay at home, he would sort it and to come when I was ready. As I was still in shock of her sudden death and still in tears this was a blessing and I will never forget his kindness. Through the years, two house moves and family storage Storage King have given excellent service.

Mark the manager at Derby is brilliant really helpful and friendly, the site itself is clean and easy to access even out of hours with good parking and lots of trolleys available. Good selection of box and supplies in the shop - even if they are a little pricey.
Good value pricing for the unit for the first few months and I like that you can upgrade or downgrade your storage unit size without a moving cost, and I also like that I can arrange my own insurance.
