Staff, price and facilities

Extremely helpful staff who accommodated our needs and explained things fully.

The staff here are brilliant and beyond helpful. Their customer support is fab and is comparable to a small family run business that value their customers. Also think the van hire options are fab and a definite perk.

Excellent friendly service from Jose, getting me sorted both for home and work needs. The units are well organised and easy to access with a code, and I am now gradually filling up the unit with stuff that needs to go into storage until I sort my out my long term plans.

The manager Jose, is brilliant. So helpful with advice and details and very patient explaining the procedure.
The facilities are excellent and appear brand new.
I have every confidence that our personal effects are stored securely and easily accessable.

I booked the Gloucester storage king from Newcastle. Everything was a breeze and Jose was fantastic over the phone. He made me feel at ease and made the whole booking process simple. He was there to greet us when we moved into the storage unit and showed us the whole process. Would recommend this place over any and I’m super happy!

I started looking for storage, and as soon as I first spoke with Will at Storage King, I felt looked after. Everything was explained in detail, and nothing was too much trouble & every question answered. Great price too, as we are long term storing.
