I have just moved out of Storage King in York and everything from moving in to moving out went extremely smoothly. The booking was easy and even though I arrived with my furniture after the office had closed everything was set up for me to move in with ease. The unit was very clean and I felt my belongings were safe. Communication was great throughout, a big shout out to Natasha who was very friendly efficient and helpful from start to finish. Thanks Natasha and Storage King I would definitely use you again and will recommend you to family and friends.

Storage King at York is an easy service to use which is all down to their staff. Chris & Hayley have been fantastic, helpful and patient when I’ve asked several questions, nothing is too much trouble.
Would most definitely recommend and use again.

As storage facilities go Storage King is certainly amongst the best in York in terms of quality units, high security and competitive pricing .Hayley and Natasha the girls who are usually the first point of contact here I have always found to be helpful,polite, easy to deal with,very professional, and in my opinion are a real credit to this organisation.

Didn't stick to prices verbally agreed and went back on offers previously available.
Also failed to communicate with us either through email or phone when they said they would.
Failed to send us a revised bill and charged late fee when we didn't pay on time !
