I’ve had a great experience renting a container here for last 2 years.
The service is top notch and the staff is incredibly helpful they always go the extra mile to assist with any request.
​The facility is very well equipped with a forklift and a loading ramp, which makes unloading large trucks and containers much easier.
The location is also very convenient and easy to access.
​If you're looking for a reliable storage solution with professional support this is definitely the place.

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude to Store Thaand their fabulous team. For the past several years, the service I have received from Store That has been consistently excellent. The facility has always been secure, clean, and well-managed, and any queries I've had were handled promptly and professionally. It has given me complete peace of mind knowing my belongings were in such good hands. They alos assisted me with a huge delivery of large items (around 40 boxes 2mx1m in length. They received it on my behalf. I dont think other facilities would do that to that extent.
Thank you for providing such a reliable and great service throughout our time together. I will not hesitate to recommend Store That to friends and family in the area.

Had a fabulous transaction and interaction with Store That, when I ordered a bumper load of plastic crates this week, which Richard went out of his way to deliver to my house. The crates were very reasonably priced and the (voluntary) service was nothing short of efficient. The friendliness was technically an added bonus, but was really the best aspect of the whole experience. Very encouraging to encounter such individuals, and such professionalism. In addition, I have found a company that I will definitely return to next time I need anything storage-related.

When I did my research, they were the cheapest in the area. They offer big businesses storage rooms as well as smaller family-sized units.

I have had my storage here for 8 years since 2015. Before I decided this company, I looked around 5 - 6 Self Storage. Among them this Store That is the best price and best location for me. They are always friendly and kind. It is like family atmosphere. Even owner / President of the company, sometime helps customers who are carrying their boxes. This is very secure storage. No worry about break in , stealing, etc. Highly recommended.

This was the first time I ever had to use a self storage in my life. My experience with StoreThat Canary Wharf was nothing but FANTASTIC. I was able to find an empty storage room and complete the process within 2-3 days and that because I took time in deciding otherwise it can be within minutes if you know what you need. My belongings were in storage for 5 months. Oliver Hughes is the manager who handled my case. He is lovely to work with, very responsive, works with your needs , gives you all the options and helps you make the right decisions.
The storage facility is A grade. It is clean, safe, easy to access, no bugs, right temperature[cooler] for things to not go bad. I highly recommend using StoreThat at Westferry Rd Canary Wharf.
