Not able to arrange a viewing as they won't call me back

I'm looking to rent a house and I have seen something I quite like through Storeys. I have been calling them daily for the past week, as well as sending them emails, but they have not yet contacted me back to arrange a viewing. Every time I call I am told that the person who looks after that property is not available and that they will call me back.
Later edit: I've managed to get through to them and arrange a viewing, only to be shown the wrong property. A complete waste of time.
