Absolute Disgrace

ive never been more disappointed, the internet service is so awful it took 15 minutes just to load up this page because the internet keeps disconnecting on its own every 5 minutes. Absolutely awful customer service, extremely unreliable technical service, they've came here every week now for the past 4 months, i may aswell call their technician my friend at this point, ive seen him more than my dad. And that guy is also dumbed down because he needs his supervisor's approval for everything, its truly awful, i wish i never got this subscription, we've had them for the past 2-3 years, they were phenomenal before, but nowadays, we're just forced to have them as service provider because no one else provides the service in our area. I wish i could rate 0 stars

I am extremely disappointed with…

I am extremely disappointed with StormFiber’s service. My internet has been down for the last 4 days and no solution has been provided. The technician assigned to my case does not even answer calls. Customer support only registers complaints but takes no real action. For such an expensive package, this level of poor service is unacceptable. If this continues, I will have no choice but to switch to another provider.

I have never seen such a pathetic service. team is very rude and their service is extremely slow. Please don’t go for this. A hospital based system in Lahore, but whenever there is a network issue, no one comes to fix it even within 24 hours. The worst service ever . really disappointed!!

48 hours passes since complain no internet still

Its been more than 48 hours i have raised a ticket regarding internet disconnection. But no one contacted yet. Whenever you call the Stormfiber support theywould just reply that they would add a note or a reminder. Worst experience No Tv No Internet for more than 48 hours

Installation took 20 days and no internet

They installed connection after 20 days. There is no internet even 2days after installation. I contacted everyone from installation team to sales representative and helpline multiple times but no remedy. It's 2025 and they think that people will wait for weeks to get their wonderful services 🧐
They are least interested in service delivery. I'm thinking to switch to PTCL.

Poor customer service and poor internet unable to resolve the issues after complaining from 2 to 3 months. Just trying to sell there products without providing service and all the times saying we can launch your complain and no response after that.

Absolutely the Worst Internet Service Provider – Avoid at All Costs!

I have had the absolute worst experience with this internet provider, and I feel compelled to warn others before they make the same mistake. For the past week, I have been chasing them nonstop to fix an issue where the internet has completely stopped working. Despite calling, messaging, and even raising formal complaints, there has been zero resolution. They either ignore the issue entirely or respond with vague excuses and no real action.

This isn't a one-time issue either — every single month, there is at least one week when the internet just doesn’t work at all. It's incredibly disruptive, especially for those of us who work from home or rely on stable internet for our daily tasks. The most frustrating part is that they keep charging full monthly fees, even though we receive barely 70% of the service, if that!

Their customer support is an absolute joke. Cheap, unprofessional, and completely useless. The representatives are either untrained or unwilling to help. They read from scripts and show no urgency, accountability, or basic respect for the customer’s time and frustration. Resolving complaints is not their priority. They seem more focused on avoiding responsibility than delivering the service they promise.

I regret ever signing up with this company. They are consistently unreliable, and the way they treat paying customers is unacceptable. If you're considering using their service, don’t. You’ll only end up paying for headaches, wasted time, and a constant battle to get what you’re owed.

Shame on this company for operating this way. I’ll be switching providers immediately and taking every opportunity to share this experience so others don’t fall into the same trap.

Pathetic service

This is the most pathetic service I have ever experienced. Its been 72 hours and after 20 calls, I can now repeat the exact lines all their representatives say. Every time I call, I receive the same response — it's as if all their employees have memorized these scripted lines. Despite all this, my issue is still not resolved. Not recommended at all.

I am extremely disappointed with…

I am extremely disappointed with StormFiber Internet. Despite their promises of high-speed and reliable service, the experience has been nothing short of frustrating. I can't even play an online game without constant lag and disconnections. The connection is unstable, the speed is nowhere near what they advertise, and it completely ruins any attempt to enjoy gaming or streaming. For a service that claims to be among the best, this is honestly the worst internet I’ve ever used.

Extremely Disappointed with Internet & Support

I’ve been using StormFiber for the past three months, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. The internet connection is consistently poor. I can’t even load a single website properly.

Despite upgrading my plan to 30 Mbps, the issues remain unresolved. I’ve reached out to customer support multiple times, but both their technical assistance and overall service have been equally frustrating.

This has been my first and definitely my last experience with StormFiber. The quality of service is truly unacceptable.

I am extremely disappointed with the…

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service provided by StormFiber. Despite branding themselves as a leading broadband provider, their customer support consistently misleads customers and fails to follow through on commitments.

For over a week now, I have been facing internet connectivity issues. Each time I lodged a complaint, I was given false reassurances about resolution timelines. On multiple occasions, when I requested to speak with a manager, certain agents falsely claimed to be managers themselves, offering empty promises that a technical team would visit — yet no one ever showed up.

To make matters worse, the general helpline has now become unresponsive. It's unacceptable that a service provider can ignore customer concerns for such an extended period.

What’s even more frustrating is the stark contrast in how billing is handled. If a customer delays payment by even a single day, StormFiber is quick to suspend the service — yet they show no urgency when the fault lies on their end.

This lack of accountability, transparency, and basic customer care is unacceptable. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, though given my experience so far, I am not optimistic.

Pathetic service and highly unprofessional conduct.

This internet service is absolutely…

This internet service is absolutely terrible. They promise 20 Mbps but barely give you 8 or 10 Mbps. Their customer service is even worse, when you call to complain, they just repeat the same lines and brush you off. Every month, they send the bill on time with no delays, but the internet is never working properly. And when you finally decide to cancel the service, they’ll even take the device back from you. Don’t waste your money on this useless internet. I switched to PTCL and I’m much happier now.

the service itself is terrible, extremely slow, no matter how many times you upgrade it, frequently disconnects and you cant even load a 5 min you tube video. pathetic! to top it all, the customer service is horrible! every time you login a complaint, they inform you that the issue has been fixed from the "backend" but no issue is fixed at all. if you deign to beg them to visit and take a look, the good for nothing technician shows up after taking his sweet time and proceeds to informs you that the issue is your own fault, the wire is old, the house is constructed badly, you have a bad router etc. i would strongly advise anyone against it. terrible, atrocious, god awful
