Customer service is too bad, specially g15 office. I contacted g15 representative for new connection he gave me one week time, i waited contacted back after one week and he straight away refused and gave me more time. Even i submitted application on website no response from there aswell,

Applying for a StormFiber connection was the biggest mistake of my life. It’s been 5 days since I applied for a new connection after shifting my office, and there’s still no installation. Every time I call their helpline, they say, “It will be done today.” First, they said 5 working days. Now they’re saying 7. Just lies and delays.
They took full payment upfront, but haven’t delivered anything. And when I asked for a refund, they said it would take a whole month to process. Unbelievable.
PTCL and Nayatel install new connections within 24 hours. StormFiber just takes your money and wastes your time.
Please stay away from StormFiber. You’ll regret it like I did.

OVER BILLING, PATEHTIC SERVICE, PATHETIC RESPONSE!
I came here to explain how shitty their service is but turns out everyone knows that already! I upgraded my package which required additional equipment for which I paid, for a week now the equipment has not been delivered, because of which i cannot get the upgraded services that is the higher speed and the cable service. YET they are charging me for the days for which the service is not being availed rather for days they are not providing me the service for! Upon demanding to adjust the bill according to the service being currently provided they simply refused stating that no such adjustment will be made. Prior to today's engagement i have been calling them for a week asking to talk to a senior person and every time i was told a call back is being arranged! For a week i got no call until I properly cussed them today on the phone to force one of their agents to actually put a senior on call! PATHETIC SERVICE, OVER BILLING, PATHETIC RESPONSE TIME!

i was over-charged for over 1 year, when I complained 3 times, they reduced the bill lwithout any apology or compensation for my previous over-charges. The customer team initially lied to me that I was paying for TV which I didnt use, then said extra chrges are for the router, which I later knew was free. So they just reduced the amount on 3rd complaint with no reason. Now when I ask them to disconnect my service, they stopped responding to emails. Completely non-professional attitude by such a large company. I have switched to Transworld

Their service is so much poor, My Internet is 10 Mbps, and you know what's the maximum speed? 2 Mbps, Literally it's so much poor and it's not that it isn't working for one day or two, it's consistently poor this month. It was never a good Internet. Thinking to switch on nayatel!

Their customer support is very bad, absolutely no help at all, they commit to resolve the issue in 24 hours, but no one shows up. After 2 days, a crew team showed up and they said they will come back in an hour to fix the issue apparently. No one showed up and there is still no internet. Their support offers nothing and their crew member lie and stall you.
Extremely Delayed Service
I ordered their HD TV box on march 18 and it still hasnt arrived even though i cleared all my bills and paid a stagering Rs2500 just as installation fees. Despite multiple emails i still havnt received by TV box till date april 4. No matter how many times u email them they just reply with complaint has been escalated to this and that department.
THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!

Disappointed
They have a great core product, offering better speeds as compared to other providers, but their service delivery is operationally redundant. It takes ages for them to respond to a complaint.
CS is unhelpful, Installation takes more than 2 weeks, and their technicians will never return for a follow-up. We had to get a refund for the initial payment because they never sent anyone to install Wifi at our place. Imagine losing a customer straight after converting them because you couldn't send a technician to do a simple installation on time.
If only they had more competitors offering similar or better speeds, StormFiber would've run out of business by now.

StormFiber is the worst network ever! Absolutely third-class service. Their customer support is a joke—I've called them a hundred times, but their team never shows up to fix issues. Their so-called 20 Mbps speed feels like PTCL’s 5 Mbps. Total scam! If you’re thinking about getting StormFiber, DON’T!

I'm writing this review as a last resort after experiencing extremely poor service and connection from Storm Fiber at our Khazanay outlet in Gulberg 3, Lahore.
The WiFi connection is unreliable and rarely works properly. To make matters worse, their customer service is unresponsive and unhelpful. Despite numerous complaints over the past two months, no one has visited or updated us on the issue.
As the Head of Operations, I'm appalled by the lack of accountability and professionalism displayed by Storm Fiber. I'm publicly posting this review as a final warning: if I don't receive a physical visit and resolution within 24 hours, I will disconnect their service and switch to Transworld. Furthermore, I will not pay any outstanding bills.
Storm Fiber, it's time to take responsibility and provide the service you promised.
*UPDATE:* I expect a prompt response and resolution within 24 hours.

My name is kashif and I live London on as due to cable net problem I got connection from storm fiber on dated 29 12 2024 and then I complaint not receiving signal on dated 11 01 2025 the sales team guy Mr aamir qureshi who is one of the liar told me that he is taking action but after 3 days whn I called on SF thy informed no complaint has been locked thn I tried to call them more then 30 to 35 time but no team was intrested to solve my problem and thn I appreciate one lady who took owner ship and send one guy on last Friday and he without checking that my mother mobile connected WITH SF or some other network he told me that he fixed it... 24 01 2025 my mother take out all cables and put router back I just cancel this contract and would suggest not to get this Internet... When I asked to provide me some HOS HOM or CEO no they refused to provide me or trfr my call to them..... M sorry thr is no option less then 1 star otherwise I would have given thn 0 star
