Stormfiber is the worst ever company. Dont waste your money on stormfiber I repeat, don't! They will not provide you enough speed first and ask you to upgrade your package. They asked me to upgrade from 10mbps to 20mbps when i complaint regarding internet speed and when I did that what speed I am getting is just 4 to 5 mbps. And everytime I call on their pathetic customer service they have same written script to tell "you have more devices connected which is effecting speed" Even though I had only 1 devices connected still they are providing me with 4 mbps while charging me for 20 mbps package. Big Scammers!!!!!

🚨 **Warning Against Storm Fiber!** 🚨
On September 1st, I signed up for Storm Fiber's 20MB package. The very next day, I experienced severe fluctuations in internet speed, making it impossible to make calls, join Zoom meetings, watch videos, or even game.
I lodged my first complaint on September 4th. They assured me a technician would come the next day, but no one showed up. On September 9th, a technician came, simply restarted my device, and claimed it would work fine. When I tested it with an online game, the same issue persisted. He told me to use it for a while and if the problem continued, to file another complaint.
I complained again on September 12th, then on the 16th, and another technician came. This one was clearly inexperienced and asked for the number of the previous technician. After I provided the number, he suggested restarting the device again and told me to send him a screenshot if the issue continued. I did, but I never heard back from anyone.
I complained again on September 19th, and despite calling daily (over 12 times), no one came to fix my internet by October 25th. I asked for my deposit back and to disconnect the service, as I hadn't had internet for two months. Yet, on October 1st, I received a bill. When I complained again, the agent told me to send an email. The email support team promised adjustments and said someone would contact me, but no one did.
On October 25th, I complained again, and the agent insisted I pay the bill first before they could provide service. I told them to disconnect my service since it hadn’t worked for two months and requested my deposit back. They just told me to email again.
The email support claimed my service was inactive because the bill wasn’t paid. How can I pay for a service that hasn’t worked? It’s ridiculous to pay in advance for internet that doesn’t function, only to be told to pay more to fix it!
This is a total scam! They took my deposit and charged me in advance, but when the service was faulty, they just kept demanding payment. Where did my first month’s advance go?

While promoting their product to receive my order, the StormFiber marketing team informed me that their connection will have the same features as my existing Optix connection. At the time of installation, before installing, even the installation team visiting my house (Askari-V, Malir Cantt, Karachi) also confirmed to my family that the StormFiber connection will have YouTube connectivity like my existing Optix connection. Unfortunately, after installation they informed us that for YouTube connectivity you will have to buy a separate box from the market at an additional cost of Rs. 5 to 6 thousand. We immediately asked the installation team to remove the connection which they did after a very long wait pending clearance from their office. Thus the connection was removed immediately upon installation on September 30, 2024 without any usage at all. However, the advance amount of Rs. 8,200/- that I paid online through my credit card for obtaining the connection has yet to be refunded despite several reminders. Pathetic service level.

Have applied for storm fiber new connection on 28 Sep with their promise that new connection will be installed in 5 days. I am contacting various times each day on their helpline but no one is responding back. I am amazed how they are doing business and competing with other companies who install their connection within 2-3 days. One more concern is how will be their afterward services once they are taking so much time in installation.

Connection was setup 2 days ago and only worked for 12 hours. from 30 hours the internet is down. Modem shows red line. Contacted stormfiber team more than 5 times in 2 days. wasted more than RS-300 my sim balance. their team visited and put all the blame on the team who setup the connection while saying that its fault of the team who setup the connection.
What a pathetic internet services company. Not recommended at all. In short [Tatti] internet company.

It has been days, and yet there is **no resolution in sight**.
Their lack of professionalism and accountability is astounding. It's clear they have no regard for their customers' time or needs. If you are considering using Storm Fiber, be warned: their support is **unreliable**, and their internet service is far from dependable. I expected much better from a company under the Lakson Group, but this has been nothing short of a nightmare. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for a provider that actually values
