The date for the repair was very good and the repair was very quickly resolved I was very impressed would definitely use them again if needed
If you are thinking of buying a Stoves DON’T
There is no point in rambling on about customer service or satisfaction as there isn’t any..we bought a Stoves range brand new in April 2025 and all I can say is, it belongs in the skip..
The build quality is diabolical, Oven door handles came off in our hands and parts fell out over the floor,
The oven door leaks like mad, the plumes of smoke and steam that hit you when opening the door are enough to warrant phoning the fire service.
When you ring up to complain, they ‘book’ you an appointment which is a complete farce as the ‘actual’ company that do the repairs are sub contractors who then ring you to tell you that the Stoves appointment is only there to make it look like they are doing something, the repair company then re book you in at their convenience ( some weeks later)
The whole thing is brutally dissatisfying and I certainly wouldn’t recommend buying a Stoves cooker under any circumstances.

Whilst there telephone operators are actually helpful i just think that Stoves should do the decent thing and replace a cooker that was barely a month old INSTEAD of repairing it. I mean who wants to spend over £1100 to have their new cooker repaired?
It was faulty from the get go the day it was actually installed. The technicians had problems getting the burners to stay lit.
Which means all thats going to happen for the foreseeable future is continuous repairs.
I had a trusty Zanussi dual fuel cooker for over 18years the only problem I had with it was the catch on the oven door had broken.
If I knew what I knew now I should have just got it fixed instead of purchasing a new one

Booked the repair, gave all the details, serial, photos, error code the whole nine yards. Engineer turns up does exactly the same thing as me. Says we need a part should hear by the end of the day when we can come back, you need a new power board as there's no power on the induction hob. Fast forward three weeks, am being told there's no longer hotplate parts and I've been escalated to a customer care team. I've searched myself for the parts and both as showing as orderable from the stoves spare parts site.
Avoid Pacifica at all costs, I've done some research and this is a common practice scam.

Let’s put it in perspective I experienced excellent service from Jason who answered my call and he very quickly confirmed my warranty is still valid and then arranged for an engineer date to visit. I have had the engineers text confirming the appointment and hope that any work/parts are carried out/delivered with the same efficiency! Thanks Jason!

He was able to identify my repair booking quickly and requested a refund and then called me back to confirm all actions had been taken.
