Spoke to Carol A about problems with my Stoves cooker and she quickly gave me an appointment for an engineer to call to sort it out.She had a very pleasant telephone manner and was very helpful too. She was easy to understand and didn’t mind repeating things. Wish most customer advisors were like that. Thank-you Carol!

Andrew L was so friendly and so knowledgeable about my product. He explained everything thoroughly and was so friendly. Really efficient service and an engineer is being sent to me in a matter of days.

The outer glass panel on my oven was smashed. I contacted Stoves and explained the problem, giving the product serial number and emphasizing that the oven was 13 years old. I was assured that ithe door could be replaced, made payment and arranged a day for the engineer. Five minutes later Stoves rang back saying that oven was too old for them to have spare parts and my payment would be returned in up to a day or two.

Heather the person I spoke to was Very Polite and new what she was talking about , Heather booked a visit to sort things Out, But was not happy with the Greedy 0344 Telephone Number as I was on hold for 12 minutes before speaking to Heather about my Issue.
Poor information manual
Had to contact customer services regarding the noise and length of time the fan runs on the range cooker, there are no trouble shootings in the manual so not sure if it is normal or not, the call handler just said it was the cooker cooling the chassis, only when I pursued it did he offer an appointment to have it modified . I also explained that steam escapes from the tall oven and the door doesn’t appear to close flush to the main oven, again not sure if this is normal, customer services were very dismissive!

Was able to quickly organise a call out
Jason efficiently organised an engineer call out for a fault with a cooker that was outside its warranty period. Cost was made clear and although not going to be cheap it is still cheaper than replacing cooker at this time. Having a qualified person look at the cooker was important to me. Jason also outlined cost should repair not be possible and guarantee re work. Thank you
