I came to Mercedes with fear on where…
I came to Mercedes with fear on which was the right way to move forward with our business and my personal settlement and pending divorce.
Mercedes did not at any time clock watch and allowed me the opportunity that I needed to get everything discussed in a timely manner even though we had a set amount of time paid for. She listened and gave me great advice and told me things that I had not expected, good and bad, but in the end turned it around into a positive experience.

The solicitor I had helping my case was…
The solicitor I had helping my case was absolutely amazing. Courtney Rooney took really great care of advising me and helping me with every bit of form needed to be completed properly. She made sure I had everything in place and always had my best interest at heart.
A lovely and compassionate person, who always fitted my appointments around my schedule.
The receptionists at the office in Cheltenham also very helpful and welcoming.
So overall a really good solicitors firm.
The only reason I am giving it a 4 star instead of 5 is because although my case was a very easy straight forward divorce case, I found the charges fees to be overly high. And I'm talking about thousands of pounds. So I struggled from that point of view.
But once started I didn't have the energy to shop around.
So yes, a good experience but overly expensive.
