The online site is abysmal

The online site is abysmal , very slow , you click on stuff then it won't let you browse without stating your size then it chooses styles for you and I prefer to choose myself !
I read reviews and people aren't getting their money back for refunds etc
Glad I read reviews before ordering!
Shop looks lovely but ordering online seems dire
Looking at other shops online is spot on but for some reason this one is not
I won't bother!

Outraged is an understatement

Outraged is an understatement, today I received my order for two turtleneck jumpers. One of them came with circle like stains that appeared to be coffee or foundation stains and pen marks. As I went to attempt to resolve the issue me and the AI chat box proceed to go around in circles and they refused to give me a solution. Very Digusting and very disappointing. Please do not by from these people unless you want a biohazard to arrive at your door!

Disgusting Service from Stradivarius

I did two separate orders with Stradivarius on 18/09/25 for 3 jackets the first order was 50258990138 (2 green faux leather bomber jackets size Medium & Large) the second order was 50259208618 (1 burgundy faux leather bomber jacket size Medium)
I received both orders in the same box on 22/09/25 but unfortunately the sleeves were very short on me on all 3 jackets therefore I needed to return them. I tried to process the returns, but the system did not update and was showing that I had not collected the order. I contacted customer services via chat and spoke with Paul, I explained the issue that I was unable to process the return, he asked me for the order number, and I gave him one (50258990138) assuming that as I received both orders in one box that they would have been linked and would receive one tracking number for both as that is how I received it with one tracking number for the box. Paul processed the return manually and I was given a QR code for Royal Mail. I took the package back on 22/09/25 to the post office.
The box was not sealed properly so the manager of the post office helped me repack the 3 items and sealed the package up for me, he advised me to take a picture of the 3 items before posting due to past experiences with other customers packages. I was given a receipt with the order tracking details that I updated on Klarna as that was my payment method for the items. I received an email confirmation on 25/09/25 from Stradivarius that they have issued a refund for order 50258990138 (2 green faux leather bomber jackets size Medium & Large) but not for order 50259208618 (1 burgundy faux leather bomber jacket size Medium)
I contacted customer services via chat on 25/09 and asked why I have not been refunded for order 50259208618 I was told that the order was not received into there warehouse therefore I would have to pay for the item. I disputed the transaction as I do not have the item in my possession and will not be paying for it. Stradivarius claimed that they have investigated it with the warehouse, and they are claiming that the item was not received. Stradivarius have been completely dishonest and someone from the warehouse has taken the third jacket from the package.
I have looked on their returns policy and process and there is nowhere that states the return process for multiple items received and how to return you are in breach of contract. Stradivarius should not be sending multiple items in one package as this causes issues when returning, they cannot expect customer to have to separate the orders and source extra packaging in which they do not provide for the return.
Stradivarius have dismissed my claim twice and made me feel like I am the one at fault when their process is not clear.
I have contacted Klarna, and they have paused the payment until a resolution has been made. I am extremely disappointed as I have provided proof from the post office manager who also gave his details in the written statement for Stradivarius to contact him for further information, but Stradivarius did not bother to follow this through instead they concluded on the information that was given to them by their warehouse staff.
I have also contacted the Citizens advice bureau who are assisting me also. I would not recommend this company.
I will fight my case and take it down the legal path if necessary.

You have stated in your reply that you sent me an email on 30/10/25 this is incorrect as the last email received from you was 23/10/25 so that proves my point once again with dishonesty from Stradivarius. I will definitely be taking legal action against Stradivarius.

worst experience ever

honestly, the worst online clothing company I’ve ever ever used. The left my parcel outside in the rain without any packaging on the actual coat itself. the box was on floor and had got wet by the rain. I contacted the customer service department, which were even worse. Honestly, the worst 1st time using them. they had no explanation on why the coat was not wrapped up in tissue paper no protection on it at all. Do your research on this company never ever order from them.

I received a wrong item

I received a wrong item, and customer support is really horrible. Im waiting for them to contact me through whatsapp, and they dont reply earlier than in an hour and longer. When they do they immediately close the chat, as there is no reply from me. People have lives, I can’t wait with my phone number of hours, when I do not even know when I will get a reply !!!

No refund

Ordered two pairs of jeans, used a gift card i had been saving for ages, paid atleadt 50 euro and the jeans ended up not fitting even tho i got them in a size 8 because i had an old soze 8 pair that fot me. Requested to return them and went to my local drop off point and posted the package. That was atleast a month ago now, no refund still absolutely nothing. Barely any adequate contact services available except a useless bot that just ignores me after saying theyre getting an agent. Im so dissapointed in the lack of customer service and i had really high opinion of this brand before

Why oh why didn’t I read these reviews before placing an order with this company!!! Like some other unfortunate reviewers I placed an order as a guest and now cannot make a return as their system keeps going round it a never ending loop!!! No email address and other modes of contact “not available today”! How on earth are customers supposed to contact this company??
Avoid ordering from this company!!!

Well I must say I stand corrected in some of my comments made above. After several and I mean several attempts to process a return, an email allowing me to do this eventually dropped into my spam box. After that the process seemed to go smoothly. I was pleasantly surprised when I actually received not one but five emails telling me my return had been processed. Such a shame that I’ve been put off ordering again, I couldn’t cope with the stress! Stadivarius you need to get your IT systems sorted.

Surprisingly positive experience

After reading the huge amounts of negative reviews & poor customer service I was extremely worried after placing my order. However, I felt compelled to write a review as I had a very positive experience and hope this company is striving to improve their customer service. I ordered 2 faux fur coats, unsure of the fit for my Daughter. They arrived 2 days after ordering via Evri, no problems at all. Lovely coats. Worried about getting a refund I returned the larger size, 2 days after returning the refund was in my bank! Couldn't believe it. I really hope this level of customer care will continue.

Misleading information and inconvenience with delivery

Ordered online to pick up at the Trafford Centre branch the next day. After the purchase was successful, it said to come to Trafford Centre for 2pm as it would have been ready to collect.
I arrived at the shopping centre for about 12 to do some extra shopping, and kept checking the app to see if my item had been dispatched or even delivered. None. At 2pm, I went over to the shop and asked the staff and she scanned the code and nothing appeared - she said this meant that the item had not been delivered. I kept checking my app, to see if it had updated, but it still said it was being processed at the warehouse.
I decided I would go home and collect another day, just to receive an email 30 mins later saying it had arrived at the shop. I checked the tracking information and it still didn’t say the jeans had arrived - so must’ve forgotten to update the information. If this had been updated, would’ve been much easier as I could’ve possibly waited a bit longer if I knew it was on the way.
Very inconvenient as I live 40 mins away and it’s the closest branch to me. I now have to go back another day just to collect the jeans.
Please make sure you update the tracking information and give accurate timings next time, Stradivarius..

Also finding a size using the measurements that are provided on the website was extremely difficult and confusing. On every pair of jeans the sizing were completely different. On one pair of jeans, it said a size 6 was (example) 24 inches but then the size 8 was (example) 96 inches. These are not real numbers but my point is that the difference between the two sizes was diabolical and clearly not correct. These were very misleading and am still not sure if i ordered the correct size, so if they come and are the wrong size, I will be very disappointed.
Will not be ordering again.

Such an unpleasant experience

If I could give zero stars, I honestly would. The return process with Shredded Variants has been awful. I’ve been trying to return an item for days and it’s been impossible.

I have an account, but because I checked out as a guest this time, I can’t access any proper return options. There’s no visible button in the email to start a return, my email and order number don’t work in the return portal, and there’s no direct email address to contact them.

I tried calling ,the number isn’t recognised. I tried live chat , no one ever connects. Even their own “how to return” page is broken and says “something went wrong.”

It’s honestly unacceptable how difficult they’ve made it to get help or process a return. They seriously need to fix their returns system and make it easier for customers to reach them.

ORDER NUMER 50347357231 did not arrive…

ORDER NUMER 50347357231 did not arrive and no refund. Cannot track under "manage my order" as details completely disappeared, like non-existent. The contact number and email address for Customer Services do not exist. What a scam. I intend to go instore and will not leave until I get a refund. AVOID ORDERING AT ALL COST. DISGRACEFUL

Need to take legal action to receive approved refund

I escalated my complaint and they referred me to their whatsapp page, I have 6 pages of ignored messages on this app. I guess I'll have to take legal action to get the 58 euro refund I was promised on 23rd Sept.

Wish I had researched reviews before…

Wish I had researched reviews before ordering. Ordered pair of boots. Conflicting messages on the tracker. One message saying arrives Saturday but an additional message saying order being prepared. Six hours later an email saying order cancelled due to stock shortages. They might have known over a week ago when I placed the order. I’m expecting the refund will take a lot longer than it took them to take the payment and sit on my money probably knowing full well they couldn’t fulfil my order Will steer clear of Stradivarius in future.

Disgusting!

Disgusting!! Returned items a few weeks ago & NOTHING, no refund etc. Chased several times getting fobbed off every time. I actually believe now that I will never get my money back. Will NEVER purchase anything from here again.

Store delivery not upheld

Delivery to store was due on Monday 29th, on sign of an email confirming the delivery was ready to collect, called into store and was informed by the store manager that the delivery would never arrive on a Monday and they only receive deliveries on Thursday. Now Thursday still not ready to collect. I have cancelled the order and wait my refund!

Shame there is no ZERO stars.
I ordered items online on September 12th.
They were delivered on September 17th but the package was so badly damaged that I photographed it while the courier waited and then refused the package.
On September 19th I enquired about the package via the Stradivarius Whatsapp.
Eventually I was given a case number.
Since then- NOTHING.
I have chased and chased but I just get the same standard (mostly bot generated) response.
This company has nonexistant Customer Service.
So much for FAST fashion...

Terrible

Terrible, been trying to contact them for a week. Phone and email do not work, only the horrible chat bot and a bit on wattsapp. Once refunded I will never be ordering from them again.

Order still not even shipped past expected delivery date.

My order was expected to be delivered today on 9/22/25, however the order status shows that the order has not even been shipped. Reached out to customer service via chat twice and was told that my order is delayed. Obviously! No other information provided. No idea when I will receive my order. Terrible customer service. Extremely frustrating that I can't speak to an actual person. Never ordering from here again unless this gets resolved quickly.

Very good

The staff were kind, the products were well priced and high quality. The clothes were unique but also trendy. This was at a shop in Portugal. Great experience.
