My experience of going to store in Italy is good , no problem. I usually buy clothes online from other brands too. BUT STRADIVARIUS website is so terrible. I have been buying from you guys since 2023. The website is the same since then. So terrible. It takes so long to show me the photos and change what I want to see. You guys have so many customers around the world. Come on please fix this issue with the website. It makes me so disappointed at you guys.

Appalling customer service
I had to order online because they don’t sell petite in stores. While ordering, I selected petite but the order confirmation 50258042338 didn’t reflect that. I immediately contacted the customer service but the agent (Paul) informed me that they couldn’t update the special length for security reasons. When I asked to elaborate on how this request raised security concerns, the chat was terminated. When I started another chat, I was redirected to another agent (John) who told me that he couldn’t confirm my order information. He told me that I should wait to see if I receive an incorrect size and then ask for assistance if necessary. I tried to be patient, stating I had already paid for delivery and it wouldn’t make sense to wait for the delivery of the incorrect size and go through the reorder process but he didn’t budge. The customer service is absolutely appalling!

I ordered a bag and was slightly concerned after reading so many negative reviews, but I needn’t have worried. Took couple of weeks, but it arrived today and I am really happy. It’s exactly as the picture and is good quality. Very good price too.

AVOID - ignoring consumer rights act faulty item no refund.
Received a faulty item 10.09 did not realise the item was faulty removed the tags. Came to wear this 11.09 and realised the material was pulled in multiple places down left side of leg. contacted customer service to ask for a refund and was told they could not refund clearly they are not aware Consumer Law 2015 act overrides the unfair T&Cs this company tries enforcing onto people. I tried explaining i wanted to have a refund to order a pair of non damaged pants this again was refused by the customer service team. CLEARLY happy to take your money but not fix any issues. I tried contacting someone else on the customer service team through whats app and i am currently being ignored. I have never ever received a worse customer service experience from a company. LACK OF KNOWLEDGE OR CARE FOR CONSUMER RIGHTS AND HAPPY TO LET CUSTOMERS PAY FOR FAULTY DEFECTED ITEMS.
Update: again refusing to refund this faulty item they sold me. I will never shop with Stradivarius again. Customer service argue back with you highly unprofessional disgusting service.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I have ordered in the past and never had a problem until my most recent order which has put me off ordering from here for life!! Order was delivered on 16th August and I wanted to return as I didn’t like the clothes. On the app it said order was processing about 2 weeks later the status changed to delivered so I went on and tried to do a return again still nothing it says there are no items available for return. With no way of speaking to someone on the phone and only through what’s app I have contacted them multiple times and they have said there’s nothing they can do as this has been passed on to their team. They really don’t seem to care at all about this. Avoid at all costs if you don’t want to loose your money!!!

Such rude staff at Stradivarius in Lakeside. Spent £300, the woman on the till never acknowledged me, continued laughing and joking with her colleague, threw my items in a bag, rolled her eyes when I said there was a mark on a pair of trousers - the only time she spoke to me was the say £299. No please no nothing. I asked her if she was going to say please, her answer was “why”. Reported to her manager who did nothing. I am quite shocked

Bad quality and wrong dimensions
I ordered a bag “contrast shopper bag” in black, in the description it said the width was 17.7inches and depth 5.9inches as i wanted to fit my laptop(15.6Inches) and a few books. This “17.7 inch” bag barely fits my laptop and i cannot fit even a pencil case in it when the laptop is in. On top of this I ordered this bag because it came with a crossbody strap, that strap is tiny and not adjustable, not very functional. This bag itself doesnt feel sturdy at all and would be comparable to shein bags.

I had a terrible experience at the Stradivarius White City (London Westfield) store on 2nd September 2025.
I was double-charged for one pair of jeans at the self-checkout. When I went back for help, the General Manager refused to assist, ignored my proof of payment, refused to check CCTV, and even declined to give her name. Instead of resolving the issue, I was treated with hostility in front of my friends, which left me feeling profiled and humiliated.
I ended up being forced to pay again for the same item. While my bank eventually refunded the duplicate payment, Stradivarius customer service has only sent me generic, template replies and has not offered any compensation for the distress, inconvenience, and poor treatment I experienced.
This was one of the worst retail experiences I’ve ever had. Stradivarius needs to take accountability, train staff properly, and treat customers with respect.

Miserable experience!
Just had to write a review after today’s visit with my daughter to Stradivarius at Westfield Stratford. The sales assistants are so miserable, rude and unhelpful. I’m astounded they’re still employed - though the manager appears to be just as uninterested in her job! Shan’t be visiting again and wouldn’t recommend.
Might be an idea to cheer up and take a bit of pride in your work.

Don’t bother going here on a busy day
This is the worst store I’ve ever been in. The changing rooms had about 20 people queuing for them. We decided to pick up 2 dresses for my daughter’s work function without trying them. We then waited in a huge queue to pay. There was only 1 person on the tills which only took cash. The self help tills have no explanation on how to use them. Who knew you had to pay first and then remove the electronic tags. There’s no instructions, most people couldn’t remove the tags and had to keep calling the staff over. The shop was absolutely boiling and it felt like the air cons had packed up. What a dreadful experience. I’ve now tried shopping on their web site but it doesn’t work. How does this shop ever do business. It’s my worst shopping experience ever.

Refund never processed despite several contact and follow-up sent

Catastrophic experience.
I placed an order on the Stradivarius Australia website on June 8, 2025, and requested a return for an item on June 24, 2025. The return parcel was delivered and signed for at their warehouse in Spain on July 3, 2025 (DHL proof provided). Since then, I still have not been refunded.
There is no contact section available on the Australian website, making it impossible to reach customer service. You are forced to use the Worldwide website instead, but no one ever replies.
For more than 2 months, I have received neither confirmation nor a refund, despite repeated follow-ups.
This is shameful from a brand of the Inditex group that takes customers’ money but fails to fulfill its legal obligations. Stradivarius provides absolutely no after-sales service outside Europe. Avoid at all costs.
EDIT: I finally received a refund!

I’d give it zero stars if I could. The customer service is hands down the worst!! I’ve had two incidents now. Never order online from this company. I also went to return stuff in store today and I returned 4 items and they have only refunded me for 1. Now on my weekend I have to go back into store to query this. Honestly the biggest time wasters

Make up stains
Firstly the website has awful UX making looking for anything incredibly difficult. Secondly it wouldn’t let me put in my address without a house number when I don’t have one. Then it took about 5 days to even leave the warehouse and was delivered 8 days after placing the order. But most importantly it arrived to me covered in make up stains. I just don’t understand how they feel it is appropriate to send items of clothing of this quality out to people.

Good Product poor customer service.
While I have no problem with the products we bought online from this company online, we were incredibly disappointed when they turned up the price labels were quite different to what we paid, the purfume was marked up at €9.99 we paid £12.99 and the Jeans marked up as £22.99 wher we were charged £25.99.
This feels like the company are marking up and charging more for internet customers.
We did complain (what a pain to try and find a way to do this, no phone, no email ended up on what’s app far from satisfactory) only to be told that the price online was correct so there was nothing they could do.
While I have no problem with the prices, I don’t like having my nose rubbed in the fact the goods should actually be cheaper!
This is not the first time this has happened to us, it happened in store, but when challenged they honoured the tag price not the till price. Does make one wonder about the efficacy of the company.
Looking at the Trustpilot rating for all the Inditex companies, it appears they care little about customer service, so not suprised about this experience

Why!!!
I simply cannot understand as to why this store will let people like up for ages when there are plenty of empty changing cubicles.
It's not only frustrating.... it was hot and so many people just left their clothes there and left. The 2 girls in the changing facilities too were rude unnecessarily when asked why 7 rooms couldn't be used

Order never received – parcel left in unsafe place and no refund
My order was marked as delivered on 7th August, but Evri left it on the floor outside the main doors of my apartment building, right by the street. No attempt was made to deliver to me personally, and no safe place was authorised. Unsurprisingly, the parcel went missing.
I contacted Stradivarius immediately, providing the delivery photo which clearly shows it was not delivered to me. Despite chasing almost every other day for nearly a month, I still haven’t received a refund or any proper response. Evri’s tracking confirms the parcel was left in an unsafe, public location and therefore was never delivered to me.
The lack of communication and resolution from Stradivarius is unacceptable. I expect a prompt refund given the circumstances.
