If I could give 0 stars , I would. Extremely disappointing experience with customer support of Stradivarius. I never recieved the order and I do not know how to get my money back. I have contacted them multiple times, used the chat, visited the store where the order was supposed to be delivered and I did not get any relevant information or instruction on what to do next. Unacceptable.

However, please provide help contact details on your site (email/phone number) not just AI driven chat - my issue could have been easily managed without having to resort to a poor review.
Very poor experience trying to return as unable to get any useful advice and no contact details provided other than AI chat or AI WhatsApp which did not provide more info than I already had.
i am trying to return part of order 50238313942 however the link in the order confirmation email is directing me to my account. However my account is showing no orders.
Now at a total lose on how to return items.
A contact number or valid email address would be helpful to support customers.
Will never use again.

Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service. My daughter bought a coat and the belt broke off after just a few months. The store refused to return it with a receipt and full proof of purchase. Don't buy anything expensive from here!

This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I've ever had with online order. I placed my order nearly two months ago and still haven’t received anything. I’ve been trying to get a refund ever since, but the customer service is completely useless.
I’ve called, emailed, and used the online chat multiple times. Every time, I just get empty promises that the issue will be resolved “soon,” but nothing ever happens. No items, no refund, and no real help.
This kind of treatment is unacceptable. I will never order from this company again and strongly advise others to avoid them too.

First of all, the customer service contact site is very laggy, in order to see a response you have to reset the page, every time you send a message, or you could go through whatsapp to which you wont get a response from.
Second of all, do not order from here unless you’re certain about sizing and not needing to return.
I ordered a dress on here which was not in the right size and conveniently a relative was nearby to a shop at the time and offered to exchange it to the correct size. ( I do not live remotely close to a store) . All was fine in store, explained the situation and was told an online return is still possible. Ended up not liking the dress and the way it fit so attempted to send it back, for 2 weeks i had to keep recontacting the customer service who consistently told me a label was sent to my email within the next hour, the next two hours, and so on. I never received a label, i then finally was told by someone after 2 weeks ( and nearly running out of time for a return ) that i could not return because the purchase was made in store. I explained it was an order made online that was exchanged in store due to odd sizing and i do not live nearby enough to a store to return. Then i was told to go to the store and the chat was ended. I still have the dress to this day.
I should have learnt my lesson from here.
My next encounter again was regarding a return.
I ordered some clothes for a concert to which i ended up disliking and sent off for a return. I had to hear from the courier that the warehouse had received my parcel. 1 week passed i had no word, on the third week i contacted customer service to which they explicitly told me they were putting the refund through now and i would receive an email of confirmation. Email received and i thought nothing of it. Another week passed and still no refund, i contacted my bank who told me that stradivarius had not attempted to process the refund. I went back to customer service who then told me that it was being processed, i explained that nothing has been done as confirmed by my bank and the email was essentially false ( ironically it was sent poorly written by the customer service ) to which the agent replied that the email was confirming that they had “recieved “ my return. “ In response to your query, we would like to inform you that the refund for order … has been made on day .. “ this was said email supposedly confirming that the warehouse had received my return. I had to ask for my own money back on items i sent back weeks prior. I asked if there was anyone else i could speak to regarding this issue and explained the situation to which the chat was ended on ne by the agent. I did in fact finally get the refund but only after asking.

I had a very frustrating experience trying to shop on this store’s website. The site is barely functional—pages don’t load properly, links are broken, and it’s completely unresponsive. It's hard to believe anyone can place an order through such a poorly designed and non-user-friendly platform. It honestly feels like no one tested it before launch. Extremely disappointing.

The app kept crashing - I got kicked out 4–5 times while just trying to look at clothes. Then my delivery got rescheduled twice. When I contacted customer service, they just said the warehouse was understaffed - no apology, nothing. I waited 15 minutes and then over an hour in the app chat without being connected to anyone. I also messaged them on WhatsApp yesterday at 14:30 and still haven’t gotten a reply (it’s now 11:30 the next day). And I still didn’t have my clothes at that point.
When the package finally arrived (2 days late), the box was completely smashed. The clothes were just thrown inside with no packaging at all, literally in a crumpled ball. They smelled damp, probably from the humidity inside the destroyed box. I’m guessing the box damage is on DHL, but the lack of care inside definitely isn’t.
Also, I ordered a navy blazer and pants that were supposed to match, but the colors were completely different. No way to wear them together. On top of that, one of the pants had a price tag saying €22, but I paid €26 - not sure what that’s about.
In the end, everything smelled weird and I’m returning it all. But since the box is destroyed, I now have to find new packaging just to send it back.
I really do like the brand, but honestly, I wouldn’t order online again after this.

Received used jeans sold as new – no real solution offered
I ordered a pair of jeans from Stradivarius during their sale, expecting a new item. What I received had visible signs of wear, dirty areas around the pockets, and was missing one of the original labels — clearly a returned or used item.
I contacted customer service expecting a proper solution. They confirmed the item was out of stock and couldn’t be replaced. Fair enough. But instead of offering a partial refund or even a discount for an item that clearly wasn’t in new condition, they offered me free shipping on a future order, which is useless unless I spend more money with them.
I decided to keep the jeans because I liked the style — but that doesn’t justify how poorly this was handled. No accountability, no compensation, just empty apologies. This isn’t what I expect from a brand that pretends to care about quality or customer experience.

Tried to return an order made as a guest 50227650676, guest returns portal won’t let you submit a return and was left on hold by the ai chat bot waiting to be put in touch with a human. Simply trying to register a return, which had an item missing to begin with but it seems impossible to get in touch with a real person. Would not have purchased anything had I known the difficulties I would have.

Terrible customer service. Ordered online a week ago for an item I wanted for holiday. It was due to be delivered into store on Monday 14th July. It finally arrived in store on Friday 18th July - which is too late. I’ve contacted their WhatsApp help number and requested a refund. They are ignoring my messages.
Don’t order from this company - they are dreadful!!!!

I visited Stradivarius in Amsterdam
I visited Stradivarius in Amsterdam. So Many people were in line for the fitting room, so I tried on a hacker outside of the fitting room. Unfortunately, a staff member told me to get in line for the Queen to the fitting room, even though analog of people around me were trying on clothes too. She did not tell them anything though.
I feel like that was an unfair treatment. She should Cannes out everyone in store and not only me.

I returned a jean on 30/06 and 2 pants and 1 shirt on 14/06. I am so tired of calling the costumer service which is awful they answered on the 14th time i called. The app is not working! They are trying to convince me that my bank is holding the refunds but i spoke with them and NOTHING LIKE THIS IS HAPPENNING. Please give me my 85€ and i would never ever will buy from you.

Really upset because the clothes are actually not bad. The website is poor, always reporting errors and not updating the orders to be able to return my orders.
My main complaint is with the company and its customer service. It seems to have gotten worse over the years.
There was an issue I had back in March where I somehow accidentally dropped a pair of headphones into my parcel without knowing and sent the return. The team actually contacted me saying they had my headphones and I have 15 days to come and collect or arrange a collection of my headphones. I thought amazing this is really kind of them to even let me know. However when i replied it went silent. I contacted customer services ultiple times saying I can arrange to either come and get them or get a courier to collect them..no reply. It got so bad that I somehow had to find out where my headphones where and looked on google and found a number for the building. This lovely lady came to my help and said she would try and help this situation if she could. I made lots of complaint to the customer services and noone replied all i got was... someone will reply to you shortly...they never did. I took accountability for my headphones but they didn't reply. It wasn't until about a month later of none stop emails I finally got a reply. The team said we are sorry but the email you received stated we ha your headphones should've been sent 2 weeks earlier due to an error in their system. this meant they discarded of my headphones and didn't even tell me. I complained again about how poor I was treated and all I got back... someone will be in contact with you... its now July and no one has even replied nor sorted this situation
