Growing Pains
My most recent translations with Straker have not been representative of their typical level of quality and service. My past experience has been perfect translations with very quick communication and turnaround times. Recently the communication has been a struggle and I've had some issues with the formatting consistency. I believe these are growing pains because so many others have found how great Straker Translations is and will resolve themselves soon so the quality and service will return to excellent as before.

Great service
Great service. The translations were well presented, accurate and done in a short period of time. The interaction to amend some mistranslated terms was very professional. My only complaint is the pricing: first, the cost to translate just a simple diploma, with very few words is too much. Second, the initial quote I received was not clear regarding the taxes. Only, when I went to pay for the service I saw clearly the tax charge, and I was totally surprise.
