Mission well accomplished
I had a legal document with specific words to translate from Brazilian Portuguese to English. I was very surprised with the quality of the translation and also with the way Straker respects and follows the same template and stucture of the original document.
ALso, not all companies offers translations with USA Certificate. Straker does, which was very helpful in my case. Thanks again! Highly recomended!!!

FAIR VALUE FOR MONEY AND REASONABLE TIMELINE
They were relatively quick and IO believe accurate with their translation for me. I found the initial point of contact with them a little impersonal and confronting. I spoke with 2 other companies that do the same thing and found 1 was cheaper, but the time line was longer and the other was a little more expensive but said they could do it, in what I saw as a faster time. Still they got my translation completed within the time I needed. Fair value for money and reasonable time line

1) professional: accurate and reliable
2) on time: subjects and contents of academic transcripts in Mainland China is different from one university to another university. I received the draft in less than one week. what's more, the amendment was also prompt and finally I caught up with the exam seat booking of December 2020 in local examination site.

It was 3 pages of my official document which i should submit and you sent me them in the wrong order (3-1-2).

Thank you very much for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the final document you sent us.
It seems that you had sent through your document as separate files. As per ECFMG/EPIC requirements, we provide our clients with 1 final file which contains all of the translation.
As your document had several pages that was sent in 2 files, there was a small oversight when the translated files were merged into the 1 final file.
We do apologize for this and I have emailed you the corrected file with the pages in the correct order.
