Expensive visit
As l said l was disappointed that l didn’t receive a video and the photo which l had to ask for a few times didn’t in my opinion resemble my tyres. My tyres had been replaced a 1000 miles ago and the picture was of a very old worn tyre with little tread!!

I visited Amersham Audi very recently…
I visited Amersham Audi very recently after a warning light came up on my Audi A3. I was on the M3 heading towards Hertfordshire. I rang the garage and spoke to a very helpful lady on the reception desk. I was told it would be no trouble to bring my car in to get it checked. I arrive an hour later and was warmly greeted by the lovely lady on reception. She offered my wife and I a coffee while the car was checked. The technician was excellent and after checking the car and resetting the car computer we were on our way again. Brilliant customer service.

Not sure how you get hold of this dealership. Bought a car off them - very well looked after, but trying to get in touch with them for a service seems impossible. Emails sent - no reply. Message left on answerphone - no call back. Waited ages on phone to get through to the service desk. Such a waste of time, Don;t feel like they value their customers

Toilets were being painted in the morning and no alternative provided. Dropped car off at 9:45am and despite me waiting it was not ready until 6pm. Even after all this the car was not clean but I was offered a free valet if I would drive back again.
