Mixed Experience
Likes: The service provided by Craig Cheers. He was great, easy to talk to, well informed and kept me up to date. My car was also fixed promptly and to a high standard
Dislikes: Miss information given when I called. I was told a service would be free but upon arrival, I was quoted a £180 fee. The staff member treated me differently to the older white male he dealt with prior to dealing with me (young black female).
Overall I have mixed feelings, great service from the team in the garage fixing my car, terrible initial service from the staff member I handed over to in the dealership

I had an outstanding experience at this Audi service centre. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and efficient. My car was booked in for a routine service, and they made the whole process feel effortless.
While I waited, I was offered complimentary coffee and shown to a quiet, comfortable seating area. It was genuinely a lovely environment to relax and get some work done — peaceful, spotless, and far better than most waiting areas I’ve experienced. The team kept me updated throughout, and every interaction felt courteous and attentive.
The service itself was completed promptly and to an excellent standard. It’s clear the staff here take pride in both their work and the customer experience. I left feeling fully looked after and very confident in the care my car received.
Highly recommended — a truly exceptional Audi garage. I’ll definitely be returning for future services!
