Mis advised on tyre losing pressure. Ended up replacing tyre when a simple repair would have sufficed. Was advised it was a fault in the wall when in fact it was a nail in the centre of the tyre.

I’d like to take a moment to share some positive feedback about Annabelle and the support she’s provided throughout the repair process for my Audi Q3.
From the outset, Annabelle has been consistently helpful, professional, and approachable. She kept me informed at every stage, took the time to explain updates clearly, and always followed up when she said she would. Even when the situation became more complex and required multiple investigations and repairs, she remained patient, understanding, and proactive in helping move things forward.
What I particularly appreciated was her calm and reassuring manner, her willingness to listen, and the effort she made to ensure I felt supported rather than left in the dark. She was a real point of continuity during the process and made a difficult situation much easier to deal with.
Thanks to Annabelle’s help, I felt confident that my car was being looked after properly, and I genuinely appreciate the level of care and professionalism she showed throughout. She’s a real credit to the team.

Unclear pricing and poor follow-up
My experience with Audi Hitchin was genuinely disappointing. I first called to inquire about a spare key for sn Audi A4 2018 and was quoted £360. When I called the next day to book the appointment, I was told I needed to provide the V5C and my driving license, and that someone would contact me either that day or the next. However, after four or five days, when I followed up, they had no record of that promised contact. They confirmed the documents were needed, but the price had now increased to £399.xx. When I mentioned the original £360 quote, they agreed to honor it but then added a £90 programming charge that hadn’t been mentioned before. This whole experience felt inconsistent and frustrating and it left me with a negative impression, looks like the price depends on the person you talk to or the mood that person has.

By far one of the worst dealerships I have ever experienced. The sales advisor that was dealing with my Audi a1 was absolutely clueless and incredibly rude. Hitchin Audi did absolutely nothing to help or acknowledged the complaint. Never take your car to Hitchin Audi!!
