Overall the people and the service is great
Really polite friendly staff but something need to be done with the phone systems
I called 4 times and was on hold for 25 minutes only to be cut off

Went in for MOT. Was all done, no issues. Great at arranging a pick up time to fit around my needs.

The lady on reception and the young lady on service reception were great. After some confusion with the booking from your head office, they sorted this out with a smile and no trouble.

Excellent customer service. The team are all really friendly and approachable, recognised us from when we came in previously over a year ago and very welcoming. Arjuin in particular was great, keeping in contact with us throughout, making sure we were happy and understood the choices we made and he was genuinely excited for us and you can tell he cares about making sure the customer journey is the best it can be. Transparent in conversations with my partner (who is very knowledgeable about cars) in regards value for money and specifications, which is always appreciated and makes the process more personal and not just a sales pitch. Sent me photos of the car and my partner, which again gave the process a personal touch. We have never had a bad experience with Stratstone Doncaster.

I came in on Tuesday 7th October to Stratstone Doncaster, having booked in my BMW for a check, MOT and sat nav update.

When I initially booked, I was told I didn't need a service yet, which I found refreshingly honest.

The customer service and updates I received throughout my time waiting, the upgrade kept failing, was exceptional from Olivia Graham. She is an absolute treasure and she even gave me her own crisps as I'd waited over lunchtime.

Just thought you should know that you have a lovely team and all the customers I sat with and chatted to, whilst waiting, had nothing but praise for your aftercare at Doncaster Stratstone.

I will certainly be coming back and have already booked to have a Dash Camera fitted on the 23rd October.

But Olivia certainly helped make my mind up and her feedback of the check and MOT was very honest and trustworthy - no wonder the other customers were all pleased with their support services.

Arjuin Singh got me a great deal on a new BMW 1 series. He was very clear about cost and even came to my home address to assist, due to my work commitments. This was very helpful and I've never had this level of service before.
I would highly recommend this dealership, as it's the second new car that I have purchased from them now.

I always have a great experience at BMW Stratstone, Doncaster, and my recent purchase of a BMW X5 was no exception. From start to finish, Arjun Singh was fantastic, supporting me through the whole process, right up to driving the car out of the showroom.

As someone who has always driven manual cars, I was a little nervous about making the switch to automatic, but Arjun made sure I felt completely confident. He took the time to set everything up for me, patiently explained all the amazing features, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Your used sales team failed to meet basic standards. I bought an M3 for £35,550 with undisclosed cigarette burns in the passenger interior. I trusted the BMW Approved Used process and Stratstone’s own 123-Point Inspection to catch this, but it didn’t. That inspection specifically includes checks for interior trim damage—yet this was missed or ignored. After nearly three weeks, your team arranged a repair that looks like it was done with a glue gun and fabric scraps. I now have a car I don’t want, and you won’t accept a return. Make this right—refund me.

Arrived a Stratsone, receptionist very efficient. I was offered a coffee a then joined by Olivia the service reception agent. The work required was completed on time and Olivia then escorted me to my car.
All in all a very stress free experience, so thanks to all staff I encountered.

Fantastic team and a pleasure to deal with, nothing is to much trouble for them to help with, I would recommend this branch of BMW to anyone who wants a high class service before during and after purchasing a car.

Bmw Doncaster service team is really great and helpful. They always look after me and I believe others too. I have only positive experience with them. Specially Natalie and Luisa been looking after me cant expect better than that. And of course other team members been always helpful as Nick, Stacey and Olivia. Really great place to fix your car or buy a new one.

I've used Stratstone BMW Doncaster for a number of years, but on this specific occasion my car was booked in for a service and MOT.

The whole experience was seamless thanks to the outstandingly friendly and efficient service delivered by Olivia, from the initial check-in, to several updates throughout the day and collection.

I would go so far as to say that Olivia delivered the best customer experience I've ever encountered at a motor dealership.

Satisfied with the service I received from BMW staff from the beginning to the end. I was welcomed by the receptionist when I arrived. The person dealt with the service to my car, Stacy, was super and did excellent job. The manager , Nic, was very helpful. Can’t get a better service than the one I had from BMW team on that day.

Our BMW was in for it's first MOT and a check with brake fluid replacement. We had a loan car arranged without difficulty which was a good start. On reaching the desk we were greeted with a smile, efficiently taking down our name and reasons for visit, and shown us to the seating area, asking us if we would like a drink. While we were waiting, other members of staff asked us if we needed a drink etc. Stacey saw us after a short wait, and was very efficient and friendly. when the vehicle was ready, we received a friendly phone call. Our whole experience was stress free. Thank you to every one at Stratstone.

Recently have done a 4 wheel alignment where Stacy was my go to person, she was super helpful and able to help with any questions that I have had.
