Bought a used i3 from Doncaster dealership.(my husbands car)
From start to finish Neil was very good, informative and went out of his way to do the handover on his day off.
Love my car

Easy to book a service, recall and MOT over the phone, including price matching an MOT offer from a different (local) BMW dealership network. Great spec courtesy cars. Minimal waiting time dropping off and picking up my courtesy car, and received a call to update me on their progress at lunchtime as there was a small chance they may not have been able to complete all of the work on the day but not to worry as they did.

Ever so slightly further out than another BMW dealership but keep coming back here due to the service received

I’ve bought two cars from the Doncaster Branch and both times I’ve received excellent customer service. I dealt with Tom when I bought my recent car and he was just brilliant. Keep in regular contact so he doesn’t forget me when he’s looking for me next car. I live about 60 miles away from the Doncaster and whilst there is several BMW dealerships more local. I prefer heading to Doncaster. I recently took my car for its service to Doncaster BMW and yet again received exceptional customer service.

You really can’t get better service from all the departments at this branch. I will certainly be getting in touch when I’m ready to change my car.

Had a great experience purchasing my new (used) car from stratstone Doncaster, dealing with Neil he was very helpful along with his colleagues making me aware of deals I had no idea about.

In Dec 2024 i took my 3rd card from this branch. As always on arrival I was dealt with professionally and offered drinks whilst I wait.

On all occasions both Harvey and Arjuin have been very helpful, great with communication. They sorted literally everything out spot on. The buying and swapping of cars was made so easy and simple by those guys, it was stress free.

Safety Recall . I received a safety recall for an air bag issue and from start to finish the staff made this so easy booked in really quickly and had an electric X5 although never driven electric so answered all my questions an was a thrill to drive .My car was repaired by the next day so cannot fault the service given

Recently purchased a new model X3 M Sport and took delivery before Christmas. Great experience from the initial sales enquiry through to delivery. Sales and Aftermarket could not have been better, demonstrating a very well organised operation and joined up communications. Was kept up to date throughout the process and the car was set up for me through a comprehensive handover.
Have bought several cars through the Wheatley Hall garage over the years and would highly recommend them.
The range and choice of models available at the moment is exceptional.

Easy and simple to use drop off lockers when my car was in for a recall. Really helpful and friendly staff would recommend anyone to this dealership.

An excellent experience facilitated by BMW Doncaster. Buying our new BMW X3 was so pleasurable and easy thanks to the help and guidance from Luke Dixon. He was professional, patient and knowledgeable, helping us to look at a wide range of options, explaining and guiding us carefully. Regular updates were given and the handover was superb, we received help with the app and detailed explanations of key features of the car. We are absolutely thrilled with our new car. Sales- all went smoothly and promptly.

Aftercare was hit and miss. Had issues 11 Months into warranty, passed from pillar to post and had to deal with lots of different members.

However, after finally been directed to Georgina Hepworth the issues where dealt with very effectively with daily communications of what and when the repairs would be carried out. The matter was solved very quickly there after and can’t thank Georgina enough. She’s a credit to the business and finally give light at the end of tunnel after a long stressful 3 months with very limited communication and updates on what was happening.

Would recommend garage.

Hi Put a deposit on a used 225d at Stratstone Doncaster. Unfortunatley on the day I was due to view the car the keys went missing so I was unable to view the car. However the salesman Martin kept in touch so I did not set off and they offered to bring the car to my work place to view (90 mile round trip). I agreed to purchase the car and have been very pleased with the service provided and the preparation of the car was as good as I have ever received. On collection the wind deflector was missing and they agreed to order me a new one which arrived from Germany a week later. All in all I was very happy with how things went. Not all car sales run smoothly (missing keys) but it is how things are rectified that matters and how they make you feel. I certainly felt valued even though the car I was buying was one of the cheaper ones they would have had in stock. It was nice to deal with a company that when they said they would do something they did it. I would recommend Stratstone Doncaster and not hesitate to buy another car from them.

The team was very helpful and friendly, kept me up to date and helped me with any questions; they also provided me with an office to work in while I waited. I have visited them twice and couldn't be happier. I will definitely be using it as my main garage!
