Stratstone BMW - Harrogate. I dealt with a guy named Chris who I believe has only worked for Stratstone for a couple of months. From start to finish the customer service that he provided was exemplary. He was patient and knowledgeable about my after service enquiry with regards to a fault showing on the dashboard. Put my wife's mind at ease, explained why the fault was showing, (needs a brake fluid top up in a couple of months), and showed us where to find the fault explanation in the car menu. Chris was a credit to the garage, he was extremely pleasant and approachable, had a positive outlook on life and we wish him well with his career with Stratstone.

Initial glitches but everything good in the end
The reason given when booking the service appointment was incorrectly recorded on the paperwork so I had to explain the reason again when checking in. Not comfortable having to stand while talking to service. Otherwise friendly and competent service and everything satisfactory.
