Excellent service from Andrew when we arrived at the Harrogate showroom, without an appointment, to look at the Mini. Friendly and professional, but with no element of a hard sell, he provided us with all the information we needed to make our choice, including organising a test drive at short notice.

Awful customer care. Booked for a service with loan car due on the 25th January. This booking was made on the 6th January. Was left an abrupt voicemail last week stating this wouldn’t be available and to call in regards to rescheduling. Called three times and each time ‘yeh, someone will call you back’ - surprise surprise - no one has bothered to. Appalling service

*EDIT* in response to Stratstone’s reply below, I did as requested… it will surprise no one that…drum roll.. No one has been in contact. Lesson learnt - do not use this branch for any aftercare, take it to another BMW franchise if nothing else. Clearly they have no interest other than sales, then anything service related you can go and whistle

Further Edit - nearly two weeks have passed and I have not received any call to either offer and apology or even rebook my appointment. What an utter atrocity of customer service

Excellent customer service - car ready early - staff very approachable and helpful

Enquired about a vehicle and was dealt with by James Lock. Courteous, efficient and friendly and provided all the information I needed to make a decision about a particular vehicle. On this occasion I decided not to proceed but based on my customer experience from Stratstone Harrogate, I would highly recommend them and would purchase a vehicle from Stratstone Harrogate in the future.

We collected a new car from Stratstone on 28 December using a PCP deal. An easy & pleasant experience & with a good finance deal.
Stratstone BMW has given me good service over many years.
However, we have traded in our old car and we were expecting the part-ex payment for this car to be paid to us in good time and without the need for us to have to chase Stratstone many times in order to find out what was holding up the payment.
We accept that the New Year break interrupts office procedures but it is now 15 Jan and we have not received the payment yet.
Not good enough.

Great dealership as always with Georgina Watters at the helm, maintaining the spirit of great customer service along with preserving the core values that a 'Premium' brand like BMW should have.

Special mention to Tori Baker on 'Service Desk' who stepped in and showed outstanding customer service in a difficult situation with conflicting information, and proved that 'common sense' and fairness should always, and did prevail. A credit to the Stratstone Harrogate Team.
