Very poor service and communication…

Very poor service and communication have left me without a car for two days with no help whatsoever. Promised callbacks not received I thought inch Cape was not very good but Stratstone take the biscuit they’re appalling. I would rather drive to Stephen James over an hour away the new Stratstone again. The only person that showed any sense of Service was john from the Sales team who doesn’t even work in Service, which is where my issue lies.
