Great service

I have bought Jaguars from Stratstone Nottingham and they have serviced it since. They have been consistently excellent in every way. Lovely staff, they are always helpful and the car comes away clean every time. Nice coffee too! Special mention to Simon today who was great.

Customer service is always good. THIS IS A COMPLEMENT. NOT A CRITICISM
In my opinion though with such a big building, there should be some new cars to view while waiting and brochure and magazines available to read while waiting. Just seems to me there is a huge waste of space

Absolutely terrible the car has been with them for 3 days over 20 phone calls and no reply, absolutely terrible service. I would not use this dealer for anything totally unacceptable and totally unprofessional

Customer Service Training Urgently Needed

I wish I could give the Servicing Department a lower score. On this occasion the call handlers, Laura and Chris the master technician were helpful and pleasant to deal with. Chris also got to the bottom of my car’s issue and fixed it.
It is difficult to get through on the phone, difficult to get call backs and the manager, who didn’t give me his name, has no place working in a customer service environment.
My locking wheel nut has gone missing after it was in for a wiring repair in the rear of the vehicle. The manager accused me of saying they had stolen it, I did not. He refused to accept any responsibility. He said we had to wait until the engineer returned from holiday next week. He shouted at both myself and my husband. At no point did he ask how he could help, or what I was calling about. It was horrendous.
Sadly, this isn’t the first time I’ve had poor customer service here. I just can’t recommend them.
