I purchased a new defender and it was the worst experience I have ever had purchasing a car, then a week after the purchase we found out that the car had not been registered to us and was not taxed.
The head of business will not contact me, I have filled out 3 complaint forms, been on live chat since the 7th of May and nobody will make contact with me.

Purchased a used car on 10th Jan. Can handed over with known faults. Broken down twice since then and the last time it broke was was 10th April meaning Stratstone Reading have sat on the car for 8 weeks. Shameful experience, got to be the lowest performing dealership in the country.

Car sorted and also was valeted - 5 Stars all the way.
My car is under warranty and I was supplied a courtesy car as well as good service.
Everything went as planned and no unexpected service surprises - always a bonus.
well organised when you get through to the right department. The pointless waste of your time American front end to phoning in is not good. the on-line booking feature is almost a criminal waste of time, in that its hard to use then someone calls you up to say its not actually connected to the real servicing diary and start again! Even the date field in the box below is in a format that ordinary British people do not recognise - I've deducted one more star!
There are some staff who real are keen to help Customers, ensuring Customer delight.

Our Jaguar car was booked in for today to look at a few issues we had with our electric car .
Steven was our point of contact for the day .
He was very professional, courteous and listened to our concerns with the issues we are experiencing.
He kept us well updated throughout the day on the works of our car and has patiently gone through the follow up appointment to hopefully resolve remaining issues .
