Jamie and colleagues went out of their way to help with the problem I had with my car down loading contacts.
I initially contacted the app for support, with no luck and found it frustrating, I called the customer help line with their response “your car is to old” it’s 2019 sport? Unhelpful.
So thank you team at Wolverhampton your customer service is amazing especially Jamie !! When I need to renew my car I will be in to see you all.

Service review
Was greeted in a welcoming and friendly manner by Victoria my service advisor, was informed about expected duration of service and confirmation of the cost.
While in the waiting area was also well looked after, with drinks being offered.
Once service was done Victoria came and invited me back her desk where she informed me the service and vehicle health check had been completed without any issues. Payed for service and was thanked and wished a good day then taken to my car. As always well looked after at stratstone jaguar Wolverhampton
