I dealt with a lady called Gemma in the service department she was outstanding she kept me updated every day I have never had service like this what an amazing lady the service department have really got it together from the Colchester branch I would highly recommend anyone with a Mercedes to use this branch so helpful and professional well done to Colchester

Room for improvement!
The service B was good, Elaine who handled everything was brilliant and such a great personality. The let down was with the free car wash and hoover. The car wash was really well completed. The biggest let down was the hoover, the front 2 seats were hoovered very well, the middle was half completed, then the boot was left and not touched. This was the biggest let down, but I didn't notice until I arrived home so was not easily rectified.
