Another excellent experience at Mercedes-Benz of Colchester, and once again Lucy Richer went above and beyond. This time she helped coordinate my repair with Car Care Plan, getting the work authorised under my warranty and keeping me informed throughout, and she sorted a loan car so I was never left without transport. Lucy made what could have been a stressful process completely painless — clear communication, genuinely helpful, and everything handled smoothly from start to finish. This is the second time she's looked after me and the service has been consistently exceptional. Thank you, Lucy — highly recommended.

Dealt with my issue promptly and had me booked in first which reduced my wait time. Despite intitally suggesting there was not an issue with my charging cable, once challenged and completed further tests it was established that it was faulty and immediately replaced

Mercedes-Benz of Colchester went above and beyond to get me out of a fix when my local MOT booking within the Group couldn't be carried out due to an equipment failure.
Experience with everyone on site during in my visit was excellent - prompt, efficient, friendly and professional, and I'd like to give a particular shout out to Gemma - Thank You.
Although not my most local Mercedes site within their Group, I will be going back there for all my cars future needs.

I have had my car serviced twice and an MOT the first service suggested things that would need replacing (I did not do this) the second service mentioned something else that needed replacing (again I did not do this) the recent service has not picked up on any of this. This makes me wonder if this is a way of brining in extra income??

Definitely recommend this friendly dealership. Been to Mercedes a few times now and have been treated with nothing but kindness and professionalism. Wholeheartedly recommend anyone to looking to be a customer of Mercedes to reach out to this branch. Special mention to Gemma the AM who helped me today. Went above and beyond.

I dealt with a lady called Gemma in the service department she was outstanding she kept me updated every day I have never had service like this what an amazing lady the service department have really got it together from the Colchester branch I would highly recommend anyone with a Mercedes to use this branch so helpful and professional well done to Colchester

The service B was good, Elaine who handled everything was brilliant and such a great personality. The let down was with the free car wash and hoover. The car wash was really well completed. The biggest let down was the hoover, the front 2 seats were hoovered very well, the middle was half completed, then the boot was left and not touched. This was the biggest let down, but I didn't notice until I arrived home so was not easily rectified.

Everything that I asked for was done, and in a very professional way. All staff were helpful
