Total scam. Purchased case to suit S9 x 2
One will not close and cover quality is very poor. App for case is not available via play store. When you install app it will not run so case is useless. Have requested a full refund but no response.
Avoid at all cost.

I really wish I had found this page before now- same experience with a phone case, same experience re refund, which would have cost me more than half the cost of the goods! Raised issue with Paypal but basically they ignored details of the dispute - said I was due a refund, but ignored what I had passed on about cost of return.

Order via FB Samsung case 27th May, told coulnt track number until in destination location . Then issue with post office , kept changing reason for delay. Allowed their 60 day process , still no goods requested refund, rather than offer to send another . Going through PayPal for resolution

A 3rd world company in Laos that's SCREWING ITS CUSTOMERS. DONT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM

To update everyone on my review on June 23rd, I Finally received my product, and was so disappointed. But actually not surprised due to previous so-called Customer Service. I wanted to send it back and went to UPS. But it was going to cost me over $25.00 to ship BACK to China. I cannot afford that, sent STRAY DEAL another response and of course, no response from them. I have lost my monies that was taken out of my account. PLEASE PLEASE stay away from them! Company name says it all.

I would give -100 stars if I could.

DO NOT buy anything from this company. I purchased a flip phone case which is advertised on Facebook, Instagram and other sites. It was extremely poor quality and not worth the money. I sent it back to China where Lance who runs the company lives at my own exspence. It is nearly 4 weeks and no refund. I have sent emails and he is not replying. I am now going to PayPal. Please avoid at all costs.

Ordered from them a mounth and a half ago and haven't heard anything from them and when I went to check on my order it's and the page is down this is been going on for 2 weeks now i have not received the tracking number or anything on my order!!!! do not order anything from Straydeal!!!!!!!!

Placed my order in April, 2018, received an email April 23 that my order had been shipped. As of June 18, 2018 I have not received my order. My payment was taken our of my account the day I placed my order. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this company. I have sent several emails to the support department, a total joke!!

Horrible company. Got a case for iPhone X biggest mistake.It is so bad not at all what they advertised in Facebook.

This company is a scam. Ordered and paid for a phone case that never arrived. Tracing says it departed Loas. Nothing more. Customer service tells me the same nonsense. They won't cancel or refund. Total scam. Do not buy from this company. SCAM

Terrible customer service! I wish I had researched this company first and read all the bad reviews. They're true! I bought an LED flickering flame light bulb rated for 50,000 hours. Yeah, right! It lasted about 5 months and now barely turns on. They've been dragging me out for over a month now trying to get a refund. Go somewhere else!!!

So annoyed as I usually do, but I wanted this product so much, I read the reviews of the product which were really good... But I never read the reviews about the company.
Total scam artist.
Nothing received.
After over two weeks they still tell me it's with the shipper. Now going to PayPal to get a refund.

Is the clue there in the company name?
Is that a cruel joke?

It seems like everybody that orders from them their "deal" goes "astray"!!!

Ordered a phone case for Samsung S9 plus over 2 months ago on Facebook from Straydeal.com never received my case.

I never received my order which I made via Instagram. I emailed StrayDeal several times and no answer from them at all. I totally got scammed. I will never purchase off anyone advertising on Instagram ever again!

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering my iPhone case. Same story as others ... tracking stuck in Laos for weeks then, after several emails to Lance, “item has been processed in the country of destination” and a “sorry for the inconvenience”. Nothing since. A very negative online experience.

60 day wait

I placed an order for a phone case. Chased them up after 40 days. They said Straydeal offer a money back guarantee on orders not delivered within 60 days. OK, if I am ordering a Maserati, I'll wait 60 days but not for a freakin phone case, not in 2018!

never got my parcel and when i tell them. They say i should haveit... But DHL said they sendid back... would never order there anymore.
