Terrible company !!! Ordered furniture leg protectors which they advises shipped in March. It's now May 9th. The tracking they provided doesn't work. Contacted company and they said I should be receiving "soon" TOTAL SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Bought phone case which started to fall apart within 2 weeks. Asked for refund but they offered 20% discount. Still waiting for refund as I rejected their offer

I ordered a phone case from here twenty days ago and the tracking still says my case has been processed in the US.I can't ever get a straight answer from the company.I think this whole site is a SCAM.....I will never order from here again,and I advise everyone else to avoid this site.

I also wish I could give them a 0 for customer service, delivery of product and they are terrible liars. I should have checked this site before ordering. Lance, is probably the only person making money here. This will never happen again.

Really upset as tracking number that's given to me doesn't even exist no such tracking order number haven't received order and it's been 3 weeks not missing in the post or been held up this is BS if don't receive my order there'll b a big dispute as I'm not the only one this has happened to .

Wish I could give this a ZERO! WORST company ever. Sent item and it took over 3 months. Finally got it and it was not as advertised. They admitted it but when I wanted to send it back they said I had to pay freight to Chine! Yeah right! My CC company reimbursed me right away and they won't get paid. DO NOT buy anything from them!!

Rip Off - I couldn’t find them on Yelp but went ahead and ordered wine glass supports for the dishwasher - $48 - never arrived - follow-up gave me a meaningless shipment number - Do not order from this company!!

order no 294262 on 27January 2018, tracking #LAOBB1004991063YQ and can be tracked in t.17track.net but no update after 3 February 2018. Wrote several mails to support@ straydeal and 'Lance' who responds to mails has no clue about my order delivery. ALL CHEATING AND BIG SCAM?.... Straydeal.com order can be tracked and no update. I received text and mail on order confirmation. I have several emails exchanged with them but they are not deliveyring

Terrible cheap crap, horrible customer service, never never never again! The item arived destroyed, as it were packed by a 2 year old. The crappy item , made of the cheapest materials possible would likely have never worked.

I ordered Magnetic Slime from Stray Deal back on November 2017- I never received anything. I actually disputed this with the company and upon no resolution disputed it on my credit card, which ultimately let to them saying that "the merchant proved that the merchandise was made available" Which was never the case. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. THEY ARE A HORRIBLE COMPAY

I ordered Magnetic Slime from Stray Deal back in November 2017 and haven't received anything. The last bit of information I recieved was on December 22nd 2017 stating that my order would not be delivered until 20-40 more days. I also checked the so called tracking number and it was never clear on the whereabouts of my item. Now it says my tracking number expired. I am very very very disappointed in this company and I truly hope they will do the right thing and refund my money...

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. ORDERED FROM PRODUCT NEVER RECEIVED IT, THEY PROVIDED ME WITH A TRACKING NUMBER WITH NO CARRIER AND THE TRACKING NUMBER IS NO USE TO ME. NOW THEY ARE SAYING THAT I NEED TO WAIT FOR 60 DAYS AFTER PAYMENT DATE IN ORDER TO PROCEED WITH REFUND. I DIDNT GET A STAIGHT ANSWER SO OPENED A DISPUTE WITH PAYPAL. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY WHICH IS LOCATED IN CHINA.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Terrible customer service. Refuted my purchase through Paypal Resolution Center. They were great, but Stray Deal wanted me to return my purchase(which ripped 2 days after received) so my total refund would have been $5.00 after I pay shipping costs. It took over 3 months for the delivery in the first place. Omg I can't stress enough. Stay Away from Stray.

Scammed. Item came after a month. Wasn't the same item as show on the product page. And they won't refund me unless I pay for the shipping back to china.

@straydeal did not deliver product or will refund me. They are Scam artists! Be warned, do not buy from them! They have also stopped responding to my emails. Tracking number is false too, not legit. #don'tbuystraydeal

I ordered the magnetic slime but when it arrived it was nothing like the advertising and was just a useless product. They said they had sent me the wrong product and that I could either keep the current item and get 50% off or get a new product sent. I wasn’t happy with either as I wanted it for Christmas and it was now too late. I asked for another item as they wouldn’t refund me but that never showed either. After many messages, I have finally got a refund...I didn’t get the postage refunded though but at least I have something!

I ordered their "Magic Fur Master". First, they messed up my address, so that when it arrived in Europe, it could not be delivered and was returned to sender. I asked for a refund, but instead they sent a new one. I needed to ask several times for the new tracking number, which, when they sent it, never worked on the website. Finally, when the new "Fur Master" arrived, it was of poor quality and broken, and they sent only a partial refund.
