I have placed an order on July 28 and still haven't received the racket and rest of the order I've placed with you.
I've reached out to you this week and you re-directed the responsibility to the courier, UPS, and then me, the Client, had to reach out to them and there was no further information provided on when my order is going to be delivered, or even where it is at the moment.
I also have clients and this shouldn't be the way to provide a service, especially given the fact that I have paid in advance for your service and you basically don't assume the responsibility to deliver the service as promised (even more as you advertise in your website and confirmation email, that the order will be delivered in 2-6 days - 16 days have passed already).

It was a shame. I made the order on the 26th November, in order to arrive to Christmas, and today, on the 27th December it did not arrive. When they reply they say I'll receive in 24h, and I have nor receive anything!! (it was a Christmas gift!!) don't buy with them, the service to the client is very low and unpleasant! I don't even know if the site is true!!!

The desires product arrived fast and in great conditions. Also it is great to use.

I asked for my two orders to be shipped as one shipment but it didn’t happen. I asked a few questions and never received an answer.

First of all, they don't have the rackets on the website and try to trick you by offering another racket. I made a order last week and now they are not responding, the contact is awful, they don't answer on calls or email. Don't recommend at all.

I ordered a padel racket on this site. the following day they wrote me that the racket was no longer available and they offered me alternatives at a good price, but all more expensive, so I had to add another tens of euros.
I think it's a strategy they use to get more money from you, because they did the exact same thing with a friend of mine and the racket he had chosen. In addition, the racket that I had originally chosen continued to be available on their website, contrary to what they had communicated to me.
However, I received a good racket, but not the one I wanted.

Happened to me the same as everyone says... They don't update the site and almost everything is out of stock. After you receive an email saying they have a better offer for you that for sure is not better! Lower quality racket, they are trying to trick the customer. Inacceptable

I placed an order on Street Padel. The product was regularly "available" on the website, unfortunately, after having taken your money, they send you an email in which they tell you that the product you ordered is sold out. They offer you to choose between other products or a refund. I requested a refund back, but I have not heard anything since then.
