Good contact. Found a product that was at a good price. The day after they contacted med with info that the product was not in stock and I was offered an upgrade in padel-racket for a ok extra surcharge. After acceptance the delivery took less than a week to Sweden. Great job - recommended store! I had a great contact with Ana via Whatsapp all the time. International payment through Swedbank was fast and easy

They sell items that they don't have in stock. Then they don't even apologize and offer you old models as alternative that they didn't sell in the past. Then you decide if get a refund (which the buyer loses money) or go for the old models. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

WORST THING is that they still announce the item in the website after they notify you that item is not longer in their stock

Delivery was slow, but I blame the Covid-19 outbreak for that.

I bought some items and at the payment used a discount coupon.
They accept the coupon and i did the normal payment.
After that they cancel it saying that it was an error on the site.
If the site as error's the costumers doesn't have the blame of it.
Do not recomend a place where you could be fooled with your buys.
Very disapointed with them.

I ordered a bullpadel hack 2019 racket in mid-January, and I received an email from streetpadel that the racket was not available. they offer me alternatives, but frankly none satisfied me, so I ask for a refund that arrives to me in about 7 days. the interesting thing is that the racket is still available on their site! it is therefore evident that their commercial policy envisages selling any item, even if not available, with the hope that the user will be satisfied with unsolicited items. the fact of leaving a person without a monetary quota is obviously not important. also pay attention to the padelnuestro website, they created the same problem for me and are part of the same company (unfortunately I only found out after the purchase)

BE WARNED - This is a fraudulent enterprise. They take your money, then send you one message explaining some sort of problem with the order. You will never hear from them again after that, and definitely never get your money back, no matter how hard you try to contact them.

These are 7 that I found so far. I guess there’s probably more so be careful of padel sites with deals too good to be true - It’s the same scam.

They also ask questions here on Trust Pilot in an attempt to look like they want to help but never actually do anything.
Fake positive reviews on Trust Pilot are also part of the scam.

Message to the fraudsters: You have my full name. It is simple for for you to find my order and refund my money. Just check your email inbox or messages, or your order history. Or have you scammed so many people now that your inboxes are too full of complaints?

I ordered 2 bags and 3 padel rackets on the 23th of december 2019. 2 rackets were not available so i Got a proposal for a change, that i immediately accepted by email. I asked 3 times for an update by email and by whatsapp, but until now without an Answer. I had a good feeling With my previous order, but now i'm disappointed.
And if i dont receive an Answer soon i will advies to Black list Street padel in Belgium.
Sorry i'm really disappointed.

I was contacted last wednesday and got an upgrade of my racket as an apology, so i thought the issue was solved ...
But as from last wednesday no communication anymore so i have send another email, because when my order is not delivered at GLS and remains in your storage room, i don't think that i will receive something.
This order is a present for my wife and two kids for New Year, so i hope some day i can give this present to them. For the moment all of them have to rent each time a racket, so …

How many stars can you give to a web shop that charges you the money from your credit card but never sends a confirmation email, nor the goods. And does not answer emails after that. ZERO!

Answer to the reply: I am sorry, I have no order number. Only confirmation of the order is the money taken from my MasterCard. I have not received any confirmation emails. And would appreciate if you answered my emails instead of Trustpilot. I have made a complaint to MasterCard.

If you don't like to get surprises on your orders, avoid Street Padel as well as all the stores of the same owner (padelnuestro, padelvip, etc).

There is so much wrong with those shops that it is difficult to list them all.

1) They feature hundreds of products available when there is actually no stock. It could be a failure managing their stock, but it's not. It is a fraudulent practice. Once you pay they will tell you that there is no stock and they will offer you white label alternatives that are highly inflated. Sometimes they offer you solutions from known brands, but they are actually versions developed only for them (like the bullpadel sky from 2019. This product is not even listed on the brand catalogue. It is a product worth 60 euros, but they put it a 250, but will make you a discount and sell for 79.

2) If there is stock, they still try to make you an "upgrade". Again, the suggestions are going to be those products that are not worth the money, but with 80% discount, which make you think it is the deal of your life.

3) They always use de "Buy now and get it by day X" feature, to make you buy ASAP. Again, it is not true. They always say you get it in the next day or 2 days max. It always toke me more than 1 week to get the stuffs. First, they take more than a day to contact you and try to change the product you ordered. Then the always take 2 days to process this and send.... You always loose like 4 days on this process.

4) Las buy, the equipment i bought had damages. It was clear that it was not brand new. It had several use marks.

Important: I am not talking about a single buy that went wrong. I am talking about multiple buys, all with the same poor service so... avoid this shop. You have plenty other cheap shops, with quality products...

Beware!! Buy here if you want to lose money!!! First of all, the so called "great deaI" is never in stock. Then they persuade you into some custom version of a racket that is supposed to be way better and much more expensive. Surprise; it isn't. I bought an absolute lemon of an Adidas racket. Useless product because it broke after 2 training sessions. Warranty is also a joke. After sending pictures they told me to send it back to Spain. After 3 weeks, the warranty claim was supposedly denied by the manufacturer. Streetpadel offered me another racket, but for a price higher than the special offer on their website. They will not send me back my Adidas unless I pay for shipping.. again..

Their online stock is a fraud! You pay for something that is online, they tell you they don't have it in stock and then offer you some crap custom made to them! Do not buy from them!
