We have used APC Streetwise Couriers for the majority of our parcel deliveries for over 10 years, and they have delivered thousands of parcel all over the UK on our behalf.

We have always found that their service has been far better than any other parcel delivery company that we have have dealt with - including the 'big names' in UK parcel delivery, and they have been key partners in the ongoing success of our online business.

Despite all of the challenges that they have faced over the years (such as traffic, accidents, vehicle breakdowns, fuel shortages, bad weather, COVID lockdowns etc), their service has remained good, and we have found them to be an efficient and reliable partner.

Particular mention must be made of the staff at their Crawley, West Sussex branch who have gone out of their way over the years to support us and our customers, and where there have been unavoidable delays due to breakdowns, bad weather etc, they have always done their very best to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

We have used Streetwise for several years now and ship approximately 200 packages on a weekly basis. We are very pleased with the service provided. Our local team - Nana, Craig and Linda - are so very supportive and communicate really well.

Streetwise are a competitively priced courier who provide a good service a majority of the time. We have had some issues with communication in the past but on the whole we have been happy. Streetwise also deliver to building sites which is an added bonus as most couriers don't offer this facility.

Streetwise Couriers are the most caring and professional courier I have ever encountered. The service I received from Ms Mary Dingain. She do went over and beyond to ensure I was ok after a supplier messed up the delivery of my Grandson’s birthday cake. She even called me 2 days later to check if I was ok, as I was in a distressed state and very emotional previously.as well as contacting the supplier Caker Streeta to let them know my situation. I have been using Streetwise for more than 15 years. The staff, from front office to back office, drivers etc are all very helpful, efficient and reliable. I would highly recommend them to any companies.

We have been using them for many years now and they are always excellent to deal with. We send close to 200 items a week through them on the next day service and even during our busiest time at Christmas we never have an issues. Our driver Jay is excellent and super helpful if we ever need him to wait around while we finish inputting all the parcels. Toni is also super helpful and is so easy to deal with on the customer service side.

We use Street wise for shipping all our domestic items. We have circa 50 packages a week, many of them glass.

I only have the highest praise for the team. We have been using them for just over a year. E-mails are delta with promptly by Toni, Simon our collection/delivery driver is amazing he's always friendly both are willing to help where possible along with our account manager Reg with adjusted collection slots, making return journeys & bulk shipping & supplies. Clare is a wizard with undeliverable items helping us make sure they reach their destination

As I mention earlier 90% of what we ship is glass, so far we have had 2/3 breakages which is nothing compare to our previous big name courier company and each time they were dealt with swiftly and kept us in the loop saving time chasseing and locating.

What more can you ask for.

Great customer service from Toni Clements. She acted swiftly to all the issues we raised. She followed up on all the requirements until a resolution was found.

We've been using Streetwise Couriers for most of our UK and EU small parcels for the past 5 years +. We use both their APC and UPS services and I have to say that during a difficult few years for couriers they have been consistently helpful, proactive and friendly. Simon in international and Toni in overnight deserve particular mention for their positive attitude and determination to resolve any issues that arise.

We have used Streetwise as our courier for a good few years now and I would say generally they are very good. Obviously, there is the odd hiccup but the last two years have been very strange for all concerned. I have found Toni (Customer Services) to be really helpful and Reg (Sales Manager) also. We also get on well with Cliff (the driver) - always has a smile for us. Keep up the good work

ELC Lamps On Line / Boxhill

I received an email 4 minutes before delivery the guy knocked on the door and was gone within 30 seconds when I called the Surbiton depot Toni from customer services( and i use this title loosley) couldn't care less and I was told the driver might return? if not it would be tomorrow.....he had only driven away 5 minutes before....!! She didn’t want to help and i was told to contact the company i brought the furniture off....?? Anthony Johnson the manager wasn't available to speak to either apparently!!!
Just look at your reviews....!!! May I suggest a customer service course for dear Toni and that you actually GIVE THE CUSTOMER MORE NOTICE 4 minutes before arrival and 30 seconds at the door is ridiculous!!!

A courier service that can't even load an item in the van for delivery in over a week! Orders an item using this courier company who collected said item in a Wednesday on a 48hr delivery, a week later still no delivery and never even made it in the van. Great service would give 0 stars if I could!

Upon setting up a new business, some 2 years ago now. I required a reliable but affordable courier service for sending out all my goods as we are online only company. The APC, Streetwise Couriers experience couldn't have been made any more simpler. The whole process from account set up to customer service and pick up driver, just amazing. Whilst ever courier company will have the odd hick up here and there. I can safely say that using Streetwise couriers has for us been the most trouble free experience ever with a courier company. Even with Brexit and the many changes that came with sending parcels to Europe, Streetwise couriers had me covered. They guided me effortlessly through the new legislation and even had simple, easy to follow guides in which I could use as an example. The prices I pay are extremely competitive and whilst I'm always looking for ways to streamline my business and reduce costs, I've yet to find another courier company that can match all that Streetwise couriers has to offer.
Highly recommend Streetwise couriers.

Lost 2 of our parcels costing us £100's of pounds in potentionally having to replace them for the customer which then costs more money

When I do then ask well am I going to get my money back on the missing items I am told because I didn't take enhanced insurance out I am not covered

So, teh final straw will come next week if the said items are not found and advised them if they can't be found we will be taking it through the County Court for recovery of monies we've lost
