Arrogant Company
I have received my products, but I must say I’m highly disappointed as the tunnels were not separately packed ( as it used to be earlier with size mentioned zippers) they were all packed in one so I’m doubtful if these are original sizes. Also the jojoba oil was not packed which resulted in loss of oil during transportation. The mystery product I mean it would’ve been great if you’d not sent anything than sending such product which doesn’t seem to be classy! Just an advise even if you’re offering low price please do not compromise on the products as this really dissatisfy the customer.
Overall, horrible experience this time truly horrible and I would think before making any purchase. I shall ensure these remarks are visible to your feedback so other buyers can understand the downfall.

We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service and go above and beyond to resolve customers' issues and in your case, we have done exactly that on multiple occasions, so it is such a shame to see that you have felt the need to post this review.
In regards to the order in question, we have had regular communication with you via email since 6th April and we have responded in good time and answered all questions politely and professionally. You regularly asked for discounts, even after our staff explained multiple times that the sale you were referring to had ended, and if you wanted money off, to wait for our next sale.
Regarding the mystery product you ordered - you tried to request a particular item for the mystery product which, although we can’t stop people putting in requests, we made it very clear multiple times that this product is chosen at random and we cannot guarantee what product you will receive - this is why we have called the product a "Mystery Product". The mystery product you received was packaged separately to the other products in our clear-windowed hygiene pouch, so you could view the product without opening the sealed hygiene pouch so if you didn’t like it, you could return it (as per our returns policy for all customers worldwide). The mystery product you received was worth £22.99, you paid a fraction of this and it’s frustrating and disappointing for you to accuse us of sending a poor quality, “not classy” product out to you. We pride ourselves on the quality of our stock and the stone plugs you received met these very high standards.
As we explained over email, the jojoba oil did not leak during transit - there would be oil all over the packaging and products if this was the case (which as we can see from the photos you sent us, this was not the case).
We do not pack each tunnel individually, as this would result in a lot of excess plastic packaging being used. You have questioned whether the sizes of the products are correct and we have offered for you send them back to be measured, however you turned down our offer of remeasuring the products for you due to the return costs. We have also checked our stock levels and all levels are correct, indicating you have been sent the correct sizes.
We believe we have offered you more than good customer service across all our platforms. We noticed that you also raised similar issues on one of our other selling platforms and threatened to leave negative reviews and not place future orders if we did not send you “a gift” with your order or provide you with a discount. This could be considered blackmail and extortion, which has already been explained to you.
We hope this response encourages you to look back across all communication so you can see that you received fast, detailed and professional responses to all of your questions and requests across our multiple selling platforms. We have offered you multiple resolutions and we believe we have been more than fair and not “arrogant”, as you have accused us of being in your review.

I’ve purchased some beautiful jewellery…
I’ve purchased some beautiful jewellery from this site and the stone plugs are my favourite! I recently bought some light pink patterned stone plugs and the item I received was much darker than presented on the website.
I contacted SIBJ and received a reply straight away from Brittany, who was extremely helpful and understanding. I was unable to return the plugs as I opened the hygiene sealed pouch (a great policy), and Brittany offered another set of plugs as a goodwill gesture. New plugs received next day and I love them to pieces! Brilliant customer service and I’ll always recommend anyone give them a go!

First time buying from site and I…
First time buying from site and I bought some glass single flare plugs. Really impressed with the quality of the glass plugs, not only were they beautiful, but you could feel they were a nice weight and well made. The ONLY problem I have with them is after a couple of days of wearing them (just stretched up so couldn't wear double flares) the white O rings that came with them got very loose. I didn't notice this and unfortunately, I lost one of my pair of plugs.
I'm absolutely gutted. If I do buy from here again I will replace the white O rings with black ones.
Other than that postage, ordering etc was easy and fast.
Edit: The company has offered to replace the missing plug and send a set of smaller gauge O rings out for free. It's not often companies offer customer service like this and I will definitely be buying from here in the future and recommending to friends.

Friendly customer service and quick delivery
I ordered a 7mm & 9mm taper and tunnel kit from Stretch It Body Jewellery, they were one of very few retailers that stocked this non standard size. The price was affordable and the quality of the product is very good. I received my order the very next day by Royal Mail. I would certainly order from them again!
