Strings By Mail offers exceptionally fair prices on an impressively extensive inventory. Couple that with affordable shipping, and you have a winning combo, but they don't just stop there. The estimated delivery windows are very reasonable, but my orders have consistently arrived earlier than expected, which is great if your excitement makes you impatient like me. After my first order, I was assigned a dedicated representative, who's direct contact info was given to me. Each of my orders have come with a handwritten, personalized thank-you note. Overall, from a consumer's standpoint, Strings By Mail is one of the best companies I can imagine doing business with.
